Feeling like I'm catching a cold after a flight and came in to ask what juice would be good for an immunity boost. The associate gave me helpful recommendations and got my order going quickly. When it was ready, she handed it to me with a smile and said she hopes I feel better soon. Great personalized customer service! And my Reviive is amazing, too.

Wow, love their wraps. I been eating are lunches for years and never get bored as there are a lot of choices. The seating area is your typical in and out place but I even held few lunch meetings, nothing wrong with that, at times can get loud. Great food

I never write reviews, but I had to for this one. I have gone to Freshie on 200 Monroe couple of time and never had any issues. When I saw a Grubhub deal for 111 Jackson, I was excited. I ordered my Fiesta Salad and this is the quality received. I dont believe anyone should have to eat this quality of food. When I removed the Avacado, the Lettuce or the other ingredients weren't any better. I was asked to bring food back. I had just walked 15 min there and 15 mins back to pick up this salad in this cold weather. I needed up throwing the food out. Just check your food before walking out of this place. I have pictures, but this post is not allowing me to post.

I truly do not understand the 5 star reviews. The food here is like opening a can of beans and throwing them on a plate. Extremely bland and ZERO flavor. Healthy? Absolutely! But eating helathy can't be relegated to the equivalent flavor of a cardboard box.

They regularly do not have items that are on the menu, like coffee. The staff is hit or miss friendly, and often make jokes at the expense of guests. On the off chance your order is correct it will take much longer than it should to prepare. Used to go here often, but I don't plan on going back.

Walked in, asked for a smoothie. The cashier grabbed a blender, walked to a trash can, hit the blender upside down on trash can a few times and then walked back over to the counter and began to make my smoothie in the same blender she just hit on the side of the trash bin. I was so in shock it took me a few seconds to say something. When I asked if she had just hit the blender on the trash can and then not washed it, she gave me a dirty look, didn't say a word and walked off into the rear of the establishment. I obviously left, and would never return.

I really enjoy this franchise and overall this location is convenient and generally fast. I am giving four stars because during on visit they forgot my meal and I had to wait around 15 minutes.
