Ninja Sushi &thai

The food was great! Every sushi was so yummy. A few overpriced meals but the lunch special exists. There was a bit of inconsistency in making food like crab rangoon. When I first came, they gave me a huge size of two. I loved it and when I came back for it, the size was sadly reduced greatly. :( What else is when I wanted containers to take for the next day, inside the container had a dead insect.... This is honestly a hidden gem but some flaws atm. I hope they keep improving!☆

Absolute brilliant. This is hands down my new favorite sushi spot! I got the Ninja roll and a smoothy and it was more than affordable. The sushi was perfect and the flavor profile was extraordinary. The smoothy was a nice treat. Really didn’t expect to find it on the menu but was pretty excited nonetheless. A+++

They were very accommodating. We had a big party and a motorized wheelchair. The food was excellent! And BYOB keeps the cost down. Every time I come here it's just amazing and fresh! New day! Had to try something new. Their sushi is so delicious. The Portage and Summer are my favorites. I tried the vegetable egg rolls and vegetable fried rice and they were amazing!!!

The food was great. I ordered for delivery and the food came hot and fast. The food is reasonably priced. The quality and portion size was great. I ordered the Thai fried rice with beef and it was very flavorful. I ordered crab rangoon on the side and it was also a great portion size. Each crab rangoon is large. It was good, but a little too much cream cheese for my liking. I'm looking forward to ordering food from them again after having a great first experience. I would recommend this spot.

Ninja Sushi and Thai is an unexpected gem. The restaurant has a cozy feel, and it's size ensures all the right attention from the server. The sushi has been fresh and flavorful the two times I've been here. The caterpillar roll is by far the best. For hot dishes I would recommend drunken noodles with chicken, but a word of warning, it is a bit spicy. I'll definitely be back again!

I never thought I would be that person but…. if I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. Unfortunately, Google doesn’t have that option. I was really looking forward to trying this place given its great reviews but sadly I won’t ever get to try it out. We waited 20+ minutes in line, and the lady at the front never bothered to acknowledge us. Instead, another customer walked in shortly after us and was immediately taken care of (he picked up an order). As we waited, I attempted to take the initiative to place my order by making eye contact with her, to no avail. Talk about awkward!!!The lady never even bothered to look at our direction! She did, however, successfully answer a phone call and took their order! I have to admit it did cross my mind to call in my order while standing in line RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER since that seemed to be the only way to successfully place an order. I’m not really sure what went wrong— whether she thought we were still contemplating the menu or maybe we seemed like we weren’t ready— but one thing is for sure I will not be returning nor recommending this restaurant. This whole encounter was just awkward and disappointing. I sincerely hope they improve their customer service before they lose more potential customers.
