Dunkin'

I come here almost everyday. They don’t make my coffee correct through the mobile app. You have to be in their face for them to get it right. I love the manager she’s so nice and very sweet and goes above and beyond for the customers even when they are not nice to her. It’s my favorite place though just get my coffee right in the mobile app and we cool

This is a VERY good Dunkin Doughnuts during the DAYTIME hours only, with the main manger on duty. She knows her regular's orders ALMOST to the letter. She is very good at negating problems and fixing just about everything. What I am angry about is the afternoon crew when the manager isn't there (the new kids) have no idea how to run a business. They have this extremely annoying guy at the register who works there now. He has no idea what the number one (1) is. I ordered a doughnut, sandwich and two hashbrown orders. I got one hashbrown order, the sandwich, and he tried to give me two doughnuts instead of one. Then he tells me "Okay give me $14.00 because I gave you two." The actual total was $13.42. NOT $14.00! I had to repeat myself several times BEFORE he would take the dam thing out of the bag. I miss standards and LISTENING to customers so so much. I didn't even get the complete order! They forgot the second hashbrowns I bought two orders, one bag for me, another for a friend. At least the sandwich was correct.
