Dunkin has widely discontinued their vegetarian options. This is why I was delighted to find that this location is an exception. All of their menu items are vegetarian! This location is a local haven for vegetarians who need a quick and cheap breakfast on the go. And the staff are wonderful.

Run out of donuts at 9:00 a.m on Friday morning. When asked how long it takes to refill the shelves, the worker responded: “I don’t know!” This place is getting worse over time with new hires that gossip about customers, play on their mobile phones while at work, ignore giving attention to people waiting on line while glancing at them from inside, and leave dining tables unattended on broad day light. Extremely poor customer service that owners should not be proud of.

If you need Kosher products go to the one in Skokie by Dempster, it's faster to walk in and order than go and mobile order they'll let your product get room temp since they keep it behind the counter rather than on the mobile order shelves. The workers here are also confused and contacting Dunkin Support the franchise owner himself is just as trashy of a human as the store is.
Asked for cold brew with cold foam got iced coffee with whipped cream on top.

This Dunkin never has the options I go for . Order a specific kind of toast from the menu, they won’t have it (except for avocado toast). Ask them for a coconut donut, they won’t have it, along with so many other things. It’s very annoying every time. Special Request to Dunkin management on Devon: please change the menu if your location doesn’t offer the stuff listed on the menu.

The only thing that I like in this place is the 24/7 the only Dunkin’ Donuts around west Rogers Park that open 24/7 I do not like their customer service i came at 12am and ordered cappuccino the guy didn’t understand me we talked on the speaker in the drive through he gave me regular coffee I paid I found out that he gave me regular coffee when I ask him for the cappuccino he started to argue with me over a coffee cup.
I don’t appreciate it!!

This is a Kosher Dunkin Donuts so if you wanted to order a sausage or bacon sandwich it's not available at this location.

This was one of the very few coffee shops open on Christmas day! Thanks for that because I really needed my coffee that day. Also it was so cozy when I walked in, kept me warm while ordering my coffee. Dope experience!
