This might be one of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been trying to give this place a chance since I like Chipotle but today is the last time I’ll ever go to this particular location. The employees don’t care about the quality of the meals they prepare and carelessly assemble orders. T

They have a market cap of $41.5 B and still had the audacity to give me this small of a side of guacamole.

I ordered from the app for take away, this is the second time in a row that might order is not even what I ordered. Missing toppings, incorrect protein, incorrect rice. There is no way to talk to anyone besides the app, which only apologizes and gives you a by one get one offer. This is completel

Consistently one of the worst Chipotles in Chicago. Most of the time the order is wrong. Portion sizes are small, the food is cold. There are plenty of better options in the area for a fast casual lunch.

Portions served as if they were being rationed, no fajitas available at 4 pm, and the lack of clean tables to sit at ...... did not my meet my expectations of a Chipotle station....... and that is indeed a rare experience !!!

Don’t pre-order here. Out of the last 10 times I’ve preordered thru the app, the food is never ready by the time the app lists. I even started going in 10-15 mins later than the app states the food will be ready and it’s still never done. What’s the point of preordering when I have to wait and watch
