Chipotle Mexican Grill

This might be one of the worst Chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been trying to give this place a chance since I like Chipotle but today is the last time I’ll ever go to this particular location. The employees don’t care about the quality of the meals they prepare and carelessly assemble orders. Today, I watched an employee put together messy soggy taco’s in a hurry, realize his mistake and instead of starting over just wadded the “taco’s” into tin foil. I feel bad for whoever actually ate the food he put together. When it came my turn, this guy literally put the burrito together as if it were a snowball. I was stunned and I just left after calling out his obvious carelessness. The employees appear completely unaware of these shortcomings. If this were a one time deal it wouldn’t be an issue, but this happens all the time. I’ve seen multiple people refuse the food that was prepared when they see the final product. Absolutely ridiculous but kind of funny if it weren’t for all the food being wasted…

I ordered from the app for take away, this is the second time in a row that might order is not even what I ordered. Missing toppings, incorrect protein, incorrect rice. There is no way to talk to anyone besides the app, which only apologizes and gives you a by one get one offer. This is completely unacceptable. What a disaster of an operation!

Don’t pre-order here. Out of the last 10 times I’ve preordered thru the app, the food is never ready by the time the app lists. I even started going in 10-15 mins later than the app states the food will be ready and it’s still never done. What’s the point of preordering when I have to wait and watch people pass me while I wait for my food? Go in person and order at the line. It’ll be much quicker.
