Never had an issue with this place. My family and I have been ordering from here for many many years and the food is always amazing! The phone staff are very nice and so are the delivery drivers. Food always comes before the expected delivery time and is always hot, never cold! The only place we order Chinese food from! 😋

I have been a customer here for years. Excellent wonton soup. They also put cabbage and carrot with their broth besides the traditional green onion and that IMO really puts it over the top. It's my go to item to order. Their lunch specials are also very generous. Definitely worth the bang for your buck. Stick to popular traditional Chinese restaurant items like Orange chicken, Mongolian beef, Sweet and sour etc and you won't be disappointed. Their Pad Thai was strange ,but not bad but not really Thai by any means. Their food is always hot, fresh and delicious never old or cold. Overall, they're pretty damn good.
I ordered from Fried Rice Express for the first time, a few nights ago. I will definitely be ordering again, and frequently! Everything was fresh and delicious.
Both the staff member who took my order over the phone and the one who delivered my order were polite and friendly. They estimated 40 minutes until delivery and that was spot on.
I ordered the vegetable egg rolls, vegetable fried rice, and egg noodles with vegetables. Everything was so delicious and the portions are good sizes too. My fellow vegetarians will be pleased that they have a good number of meatless options. I also ordered the almond cookies, yum!
Definitely give Fried Rice Express a try!
We order from here quite often. The food comes out fast and it's a fairly good value. People that work here quite friendly and there's easy parking right outside on Higgins. You do have to pay for meters but that's just the way things work in Chicago
I can't stop eating the sweet and sour pork. Food came very hot- so you know it is freshly made. Courteous customer service. This would be our go to Chinese food from now on. I have to try their variety of fried rice and wow there are a lot!!! Thank you for good quality food.
