Chipotle Mexican Grill

I did an online order for two rice bowls with beans and toppings and picked up the package from this location. When I got back home, I found that all toppings were missing in both bowls. So, I went back and tried to explain what was wrong to one of the stuff who prepared my order and handed me the package. The stuff seemed very disturbed and inattentive and had a very unfriendly attitude. I requested her to recheck my order and see what toppings were missing. I even showed her the email receipt. She seemed less interested in that and became very rude and said, “That’s not my job to know what’s inside your bowl.” What the hell!! You work here, you received the order, you prepared and packaged it. You should know what you put inside. I asked for a manager and someone else came, took the receipt and re-prepared the order. I picked it up, came home, and guess what? Again a couple of toppings missing with no utensils and napkins. Really?? You forgot to include toppings while you were re-preparing an order claiming missing toppings?? How unprofessional that was! It was so disappointing that I did not even bother going back and dealing with the careless stuff. I would never go back to this location again. I understand this is a busy outlet, you have a long tiring day and things can happen. But, since you are in the food serving business, learn to be polite and friendly to your customer and make sincere attempts to set things right. Customers pay, they do not beg you for food. Most importantly, train your stuff to say “Sorry” at least, once they mess up.

It took 20 minutes longer than the confirmed time pick up time to get my on-line order, and the order was done horribly wrong. They didn't put any sofrita tofu in the sofrita salad, zero, zilch. They also forgot to add black beans (so I ended up with no protein). They also didn't keep the red chili salsa on the side. This is the worst service I have gotten from any Chipotle that I have been to. They need to be re-trained.

Worst chipotle experience of my life. Staff was rude, filled the bowl with a ton of rice and tiny amounts of everything else. Food tasted terrible. I got to my car and everything was leaking everywhere. I had to wait to check out for 10 minutes even though I was the only one in line and my food was waiting there because they couldn’t figure out their online orders. Will never come back to this location.

I ordered a veggie salad & when I got home I thought I had been pranked. The portion was smaller than a side salad. It didn't even fill half the bowl. I contacted the restaurant & spoke to a mgr who told me he was putting my name in the book & going to refund my money. Neither of those happened. I went back today(12/9/19), and they couldn't find my info. They still agreed to reach the food but I ordered a salad & there was no more dressing, so I passed & said I'll come back another time. It was close to 7pm. They close at 10pm, so you're saying anyone who wants a salad will have to opt for no dressing? If you're out of guac, you make more. If the salsa is gone, you make more. I went to a different location before at 9:45pm - they made more dressing. If it's 3 hrs before closing, why didn't someone make more dressing for salads. I only get them for the dressing anyway!

Used to eat once a week here until they got greedy Not sure why But unfortunately I used to go here all the time it was great good service good servings . but recently the portions have been very small . Like it’s rice not gold I asked for an extra scoop of rice because the bottom of the bowl was still visible to me like it should be the same all the time not healthy servings for who ever they like and small servings for everyone else seriously messed up staff lately it’s gone down hill in my opinion 👍
