Banh Mi & Co.

I came in today wanting to try some food and use the restroom. When I get to the counter I ask if I could please use the restroom, the guy at the counter says “They’re out of service. You can use the one at Target. Really? Both of them? You don’t have a working restroom for your guests or employees to use? I WAS intending to get some food, before. But no way now . Disappointed to be treated this way as a customer

So my girlfriend picked up take out from this place and brought it home. I took a bit out of my sandwich, first bite actually, and pulled out a big, long hair. This grossed me out and I was upset, so I walked down the street to talk to them. I saw the someone whom I assumed prepared my bahn mi with her long hair down, I didn't say anything. They were nice enough, refunded my sandwich and were apologetic so I went home. Then I had a pot sticker, and immediately bit into something, hard, round and white, like a calcium pebble or something. Something that wasn't in any of the other pot stickers. Honestly the whole experience was pretty gross and disappointing. I wanted to look past the hair in the food thing because of the close proximity to me and the fact they refunded my sandwich, but having two foreign physical hazards in your food is ridiculous. Ended up getting a sunshine burger from Clark Street Dog

You have to order from a kiosk and the staff have no way of telling which food goes to which table when multiple tables order at the same time. My table placed 3 orders (Bahn mi, pho, and sesame chicken) and they came out at vastly different times. By the time the order for the sesame chicken came out everyone else had finished eating. Except about 45 minutes for the sesame chicken to come out. They nearly delivered the pho to a different table. Their entire system is completely disorganized. I do not recommend eating here.

i got the curry chicken sandwich and it tasted okay. i ate most of it no problem, it was nothing special and a little bland, but one bite toward the end was a million times spicier than the rest of the sandwich. i had to put it down to drink straight heavy cream to even begin to get the spice out. honestly i thought i got pranked by the restaurant, my eyes started watering and my vision was blurry. honestly if it's a prank im not even mad. hilarious
