This is the BEST place. You may have to wait your turn but it is SO worth it. Kindness, love, compassion and fantastic food. Suzy is awesome.

This is absolutely one of the best places I have ever been to in my life. Living far from home, it means the world to have a matriarch make food for me and my friends. Not to mention the most authentic Korean food I’ve ever had in the US. Suzy is kind, caring, and an incredible cook. Rogers park is lucky to have her.

The owner, Susie, is such a wonderful person. She waits on you, and then goes and makes your food - so don’t go here thinking you’ll get fast service. Great menu of breakfast and Korean dishes, plus a unique combination of both, such as bulgogi Omelets

Hands down the best Bi Bim Bop I've had in Chicago -- Susie is a one woman show at her place and always delivers high quality, authentic meals that never fail to satisfy. 10 stars.

What a magical unexpected experience. There is a whimsical sense of love, care, and sharing of delicious food. What a great place to sit and have a coffee or enjoy a full hearty breakfast/lunch! Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful start to their day.

Susie and I entered into an unspoken thing where I would finish my whole plate because that's what I was raised to do, and next time I went she would heap more food on top of it, and I would feel obligated to eat it all, and she would feel obligated to give me more next time. Get the oktagawa scramble.

People in this neighborhood should feel blessed to have a restaurant like this here. You don’t find many mom and pop Korean places these days and the food is absolutely delicious!

Little Susie is a polarizing figure. She is either your favorite grandma that you never had or she can be the grandma you dread having to visit when you have to hear her old conservative right wing nonsense. For me, I've had positive experiences with her so far. I enjoyed the Kimchi omelet with cheese and sausage. It's tasty and at a reasonable cost. The toast was a little too dry. Give yourself enough time as she is a one person show
