Freshii

Overall: If you want healthy in the Pier, this is one of your only bets. It'll get the job done. The good: Been here several times now, given that it's basically the only healthy fast-food option in Navy Pier. The food is pretty much what all other Freshii's are like, so you have some decent things to choose from but the "fresh-ness" of them is not there. Also, the first time I came the burrito I had leaked and dripped over my clothes (even with the wrapper). So the second time I opted for a bowl, which was fine in it's own right. The not-so-good: They're apart from most of the other booths, so coordinating with people who want other stuff can be annoying. The service here is "good enough", neither bad nor great. As for the food, the "fresh-ness" of them is not there compared to other locations. Also, the first time I came the burrito I had leaked and dripped over my clothes (even with the wrapper). The smoothies were great! However, I was extremely disappointed in the staff. The cashier who took our order had a cell phone next to her ear with an ongoing call during the entire order. I am 7 months pregnant with a dairy intolerance and it was very confusing communicating my order and hoping it was correct while she was on her cell phone. She was not pleasant and the whole experience left me and my husband unhappy.
