This place gets crowded around lunch time but the team here handles it like pros. Great spot for a quick sandwich or soup. My personal favorite is the turkey club sandwich and voodoo chips.
They also have live acoustic music on most days around lunch time. It adds a nice touch.

Love the food but am no longer able add notes when ordering online. So I was unable to ask for extra mayo and mustard when placing the order so my sandwich is sooooo dry. :(

Ashley is great at customer service and recently Angie has I been also. They are both great workers for you to appreciate and keep. The website needs to be fixed so orders be placed and ready for pick up too.

Perhaps the worst Potbelly I've ever been to. I've had three, consecutive bad experiences here over the past two months. Once, my grilled chicken sandwich was *ice* cold because I guess they turned off the oven at 5pm. Another time, an employee was incredible rude to me. And finally, more recently, an employee messed up what I asked for on my sandwich. I saw her mistake as she was making it and asked repeatedly for her to put tomatoes on the sandwich. She, however, was too busy having a conversation about with a co-worker to hear me. When she handed my sandwich I told her once more that she missed the tomatoes, and she gave me attitude about putting them on again.
I definitely would not recommend this particular location. There are better run Potbelly's just a few blocks away.

Amazing sandwiches!! So flavorful and delicious. I got the grilled chicken and it definitely did not disappoint. I recommend that you put all the toppings they offer. It's not a potbelly sandwich without the hot peppers! The service is excellent, the food is affordable - defintiely a must-go!

Out of the 7 people behind the counter only 2 were masks so their noses were covered. Gross. Sandwiches served with a side of covid.
