Beavers Donuts

Upon arrival to my favorite donut (now spelled doughnut) stand in the Chicago French Market I was greeted with a newly transformed Beavers Donuts. Same great doughnuts and same great staff, served up in beautiful packing and aesthetic. The new menu includes a new topping, Blueberry Lemon, which combines sweet and tart phenomenally. Donuts are now sold in quantities of 4, 6, 12, and 24; best of all, mixing various toppings within the box will no longer affect the price! I was pleasantly surprised by the facelift, and the Dapper crew really helped walk me through the transitional menu.

I'll give three stars for flavor. This donut truck was available to patrons at the Bridgeview 4th of july fireworks. There were only 2 employees working the event. The line was astronomically long , which is to be expected for that event. They definitely should of had more staff to make things run a little smoother. The employee who was running the register and taking orders seemed like he was a little out of it. He was not very eager to serve, He was also very quiet, could barely hear him. When i went to pay my total was 8.50. He asked me if i had any quarters. If you're going to have prices that require quarters for change they should have been supplied with ample rolls of quarters. Also this truck seems to be made for those that are 6 feet tall. Even though my order was wrong, the donuts were still tasty.
