Mr V's Pizza

This place rocks. I used to come here back in the day (1980s) and finally came by after reading great reviews. It is still a great pizza joint with cracker crust thin pizza with quality toppings. The coleslaw is an old family recipe. I talked with the owner and he is a real stand up guy that stands behind his products. Will be returning for the fried/bbq chicken which sounds delish!

Ordered thin crust pepperoni pizza the other night, and it is instantly one of my favorite thin crust pizzas in the city. I'm not exactly sure what it is, but the cheese is delicious and has a unique flavor. The sauce was really flavorful, and the mozzarella sticks were outstanding (I'm very picky about them). Definitely will be returning in the future.

I asked the guy for a pizza slice he said we don't have slices only at lunch so my friend asked him don't you have some pizza laying around and the owner replied no but I could make you a new one in 20 minutes. Bada Bing is the best thin slice of pizza I've ever had . And for the other cry baby's complaining on here, there's something wrong with you. This pizza was the best I've had in a very long time. We will definitely be back soon

50 min wait for the Sicilian bakery pizza (because of the bread probably) and worth every minute of the wait. The crust you can tell is handmade. I could taste how delicious this pizza is by how good it smells. Good proportion of sauce and cheese on top. My boyfriend eats...larger portions... lol and he said he regretted eating 2 pieces because he was in a food coma. Can't wait to try their sandwiches.

I ordered their pizza to be delivered and it was a Friday. I order the medium or 14 inch Double Thick Mrs.V's Special Pizza with black olives and pepperoni (added). The pizza ingredients were more than I had expected. Lots of sausage, black olives, onion, and thin slices of green pepper. The con was minor, as the double thick dough was not as fluffy as it could be. The dough could have used more butter and vegetable shortening with dash of salt, allowing it rise or fluff. The sauce tasted just right. Overall the pizza was delicious. Delivery was quick and as promised. I would recommend this place.
