Pizza Metro - Chicago - Photo album

My husband and I went here on a whim! One of the Best decision that we ever made. We had the garbage pizza! SO DIVINE. I don’t even like many ingredients on top of my pizza, but this garbage pizza was superb. I can’t even describe the greatness that we had. We loved it. We met the owner who we had a
My new favorite pizza place! Pizza metro’s thin crust pizza had amazing flavors and textures that left me utterly impressed. From the perfectly executed crust to the flavorful toppings, it was evident that every detail had been meticulously considered. Pizza metro not only has great pizza but there
My first visit back since they reopened. The pizza seems slightly different than before, but still so good. My friend got a sausage pizza, and I got a small Buona pizza. The crust was nice and crispy, something about the pepperoni hit different for me, was so good. Haven’t had a chance to try the pa
This review is for their pastries! This place has been closed for a while and after reopening the owner has been focusing on authentic Italian pastries and wow are they good! got the cream filled croissant (I forget what Italian name is sorry). It was so fresh as they we’re just pulling them out. I
Stopped in because the croissants looked so amazing in the window and they were. He pulled some fresh from the oven for us also. The pistachio 😍😍😍😍 and the chocolate! Cannot wait to be back to get the pizzas!
Delicious pizza and excellent customer service! The man who took our order was so kind and welcoming. We ordered a small pepperoni and a small potato pizza. Will definitely be coming back here for more and to try different toppings!
We just ate here tonight and we loved it! I got a small Romana pizza. It had an airy, crispy crust without the dryness that a lot of chains end up with. The meat sauce for the gnocchi was delicious, and the service was unbeatable! So friendly and accommodating. The inside only has three small wall
I walked by this place a million times and had no idea it was authentic Italian. WHAT?! The pastries were so good. This is very much traditional Italian place, with the espresso bar and the high tables (an old man patrons speaking italian after work). Just like in Italy. The service is great too! Sw
Wow! Please go support this place! They are serving gourmet level classic Italian pastries - they are absolutely delicious and incredible! We need gems like this in our city. Everyone speaking Italian and drinking espresso! I’m still dreaming about the maritozzo! You can tell they use fresh and ingr
Great owners, great pizza. It's a nice small neighborhood spot. I got a Buffalo Chicken thin flatbread/Roman style pizza; very good, and nice and crisp edges! It had Frank's red hot sauce, celery, and ranch. The 'small' was tiny though- I was still hungry after eating it, so definitely get a medium
I’m so happy this place is back open. The pizza is so amazing, because of the well layered flavors and fresh ingredients. I’ve tried the margarita pizza and the small is such a generous portion. The Cesar salad was also a edition to the meal. It’s become a favorite spot. Highly recommend. Can’t wait
The best pizza in Chicago !!! Roman style pizza with the best crust and toppings and run by one of the friendliest/ most pizza passionate person (Marco). Highly recommend the potato and grilled veggie pizzas (with Jalapeños of course :)).
Wife and I were walking down Division on a nice spring day… stopped to have a nice little Pinsa and Mac & Cheese bites. Pizza was cooked perfectly, with a nice crust, and plenty of cheese. Mac & cheese bites were perfectly fried. And the pricing was very reasonable!
Definitely worth a stop, Authentic Roman Style pizza. While here grab a homemade pastry and espresso.
Just ordered from here for the first time!! We had two vegetarian options: the 5 cheese with arugula & tomatoes and the potato & rosemary! Super yummy all around, cut into cute little squares and more than enough - excited for my leftovers! Can’t wait to try again- def getting cookies next time to
I stopped by and tried the potato pizza. It has rosemary on it and I really enjoyed it. The owner behind the counter was very nice and friendly.
Pastries are great. Best and most authentic macchiato I have had outside of Italy. Come for coffee and sweets
This place is a hidden gem. I can only attest for their pizza, pinsas (Roman style pizza, SO GOOD), and bakery items. Highly recommend this small shop. Hats off. I felt welcomed here, and the food is good for the price.
The MOST authentic Italian bar / pizzeria / bakery in town! Stopping there sat or sun mornings is like to be back home 🇮🇹
