Came to the Baskin-Robbins at 600 S. Wabash Ave. in Chicago late at night after a long flight I got hooked up by Darnell, who gave me a nice big scoop of ice cream. Very friendly good conversation and incredible service. Best Baskin Robbins in the country. Thank you Darnell.

Went there two nights ago and the two young gentlemen that worked there in the evening were very helpful. They were very patient when we took forever to order our flavors and even gave their recommendations for icecream and donut flavors. I know that's what you expect at an ice cream place but these guys were kind about it too. Made experience better

This location provides unbelievably exceptional customer service! I came in today to pick my cake up and it was so beautiful. I had to personally thank the person who made this and he said he was fairly new, and just started making special order cakes! Everyone there was nice and seemed happy to be there. I saw a rat outside here one time. But that's Chicago baby. They served me coffee at 1am, much better than other stimulants! I also got an ice cream cake that made me cry less on my birthday for the first time in 18 years.

I have gone to this location on occasion and never had too many problems. The service was fast, place was a little decent, the prices tend to be higher because of the location, the cashiers were nice and my orders has always been right - except one time, but that is ok!

A pretty good selection of ice cream and goodies. A kind of small building /waiting line area, but not too bad. If you get in there at a busy time it could be crowded and you may have a kind of long wait. Customer service was okay but nothing exceptional.
