Yan Bang Cai

This place is very authentic, the food is great, specially the scallion pancakes and the dry chili chicken, the Szechuan beef noodles are great too but with the only caveat that if you order them spicy it will be very numbing and you might not enjoy them. The service is really fast initially and as others mentioned, once your food is served they kinda forget about you and you have to flag them down for everything else. I’d still recommend this place if you want an authentic Chinese food experience.

As others have said, a no frills restaurant specializing in Sichuan cuisine. Extremely fast service, friendly staff, and absolutely delicious food. The dry chili chicken and scallion pancakes were fantastic! The dan dan noodles were so so, next time I'll likely order a different noodle dish. As someone who is Chinese, I will absolutely come here again! I will definitely recommend this restaurant to others who find themselves in the area craving solid Sichuan dishes.

My friends invited me to try out Dongpo Impressions and I have to say I was highly impressed. The overall feel of the restaurant seemed to have generic feel to it. I did like that the interior was clean and very relaxed as not many customers were in at the time we went. The service was very good initially. As we got our order the wait staff seemed to be less attentive which was kind of sad. The food, of the food! I did like every dish. They were seasoned to perfection. If I could have the food we ordered again I Would for sure. Overall, I would recommend Dongpo Impression to anyone who wants quality Chinese food! You won’t be disappointed.

We were hungry so we ordered a bunch of food among the three of us: - green peppercorn fish fillet (deliciously numbing, lots of fish and veggie, must get) - meizhou chili chicken (great flavored, lots of chili, good crunch) - peking dumpling (plain but does not disappoint, taste like a warm hug) - zhongs dumpling (sweet sauce but still delicious) - dongpo sausage (authentic and unique, good to try) - dan dan noodle (not my favorite) - hot and sour soup - sweet sticky rice (free item, natural sweetness, like it) The food came well packaged for delivery and at good pricing. Would definitely order from here again!
