Pros: excellent location, large area, very bright room, food (I’m not talking now about the healthfulness, only that the taste is always normal and corresponds to the product you buy).
Cons: periodically there are untrustworthy individuals sitting around the building, often difficulties with ordering (the terminal does not work or there are no locators).
However, from McDonald's, this is one of my favorite restaurants.

This McDonald's is consistently good, has a nice set up and self-order kiosks. No drive thru.
I found the service prompt, and all the cashiers both cordial and very friendly. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the staff could be seen cleaning ceaselessly during the time, that I was in the restaurant; but as with any service-orientated business, sometimes mistakes are made with regards to an orders, but when it is brought to the attention of the staff, they will always endeavor to "make it right", with a smile and an apology. To sum it all up, no, it's not "fine dining", but if you are looking for good fast food, great service, then I would recommend this McDonald's to you.
Outlet was there for my laptop and a nice view of Chase plaza.
What can I say? Easy ordering system, friendly employees, nice customers, it's clean and has good food. This is the one Mcdonald's that I've visited that hasn't dissappointed me in years. They even bring the food to your table. I received my food mere minutes after putting it through the touchscreen ordering system (which oddly enough takes longer than just ordering at the counter.)
Overall this would be a nice cheap spot to go to everyday if I worked in the area.

I really like this McDonald's. It is attractive and modern with the exterior and interior design and the self-ordering kiosks and table service is quick and much appreciated and really elevates the McDonald's experience. The food I've gotten here has always been hot and fresh and really flavorful and delicious compared to other McDonald's I have been to. Definitely the best McDonald's I have ever been to. Only tip I have is that sometimes there is a wait for the two individual restrooms during busy times.
What I always used to enjoy for a quick lunch at McD’s was a fish sandwich and an ice cream sundae. When I asked for that yesterday, the manager looked at me as if I had ordered roast hedgehog. No, we don’t have sundaes, he told me. And no fish sandwiches either. Neither one was on the order kiosk. But here on your website you claim to serve both. Do you guys communicate with your franchisees? For sure you aren’t communicating with your would-be customers.
This McDonalds is one of the nicest in the city. It's connected to a Noodles and Company and the decor is way more modern than a typical McDonald's. It's got a muted brown and khaki color pallet and almost all the ordering is done via mobile or on a kiosk. No drive-through though, and it doesn't have the best seating options in the store. Also I'm not sure they had the A/C on when I was there, which they def needed it bc looking around everyone was sweating. I d go back but wouldn't dine , just pick up .
They have gone completely cash LESS!! You go in and place your order on the kiosk stations or from the app. Look at the monitors for your order to be ready or they call the number out. It feels so futuristic :)
