What a great diner! Exploring the neighborhood and I read good things about this place so I had to check it out. So good!! Busy but not crazy busy, sat at the counter, which is always fun. The food was delicious and did not take long to get. The ladies behind the counter are very friendly! Definitely going to be my go to breakfast place from now on!!

This spot is a sleeper... Kind of like how sleepy I feel after having breakfast there! Waitress couldn't be sweeter . Food seriously is simple fare with each component better than I've had in years!! Had the 3 egg special that comes with really fresh , not greasy hash browns, delicious breakfast sausage cooked perfectly,... Also not greasy.. and pancakes that are fantastic, from scratch, touch of vanilla pillows!! Very reasonable price for that delish food .. did I mention they include orange juice with that special? I know people say this but I lived it .. it was a happy trip back to the 50's.

Alexander's is a smaller, cozy home-like diner with good food and great value. My boyfriend and I stopped in on a Saturday around 3:30pm craving a much-needed breakfast / brunch style meal (thank goodness they are open until 4:00pm!) Even half an hour before closing there was a pretty solid amount of customers - Seems like it might be a regular haunt of the neighborhood.
California and Mexican Skillets were wonderful - the only issue being the salsa and tortillas that were listed were not included with the latter - but after asking our waitress she fixed the issue and gave us them extra in addition to a side of pancakes. Very solid place with a relaxing diner vibe (sitting near the kitchen and hearing sizzling and cooking pans while sipping coffee was such a morning ASMR feeling). The restaurant also has a (very) small parking lot in the back with free parking for customers - and street parking is available otherwise. Overall good place for breakfast and lunch dishes.

Breakfast was very good; there is a special that includes 3 eggs, 2 bacon or sausage, 2 pancakes, and so on. The Biscuits & Gravy are average. "4 biscuits" is actually 2 whole Biscuits split. If the AC was not blasting, I think the whole breakfast would have been better. Service seemed to be overwhelmed w Delivery Orders, but our Server was doing the best she could.
