Such a cute, adorable little pub. The service was a bit slow but the good quality grub makes up for it. You can ask for a paper menu if you don't do QR codes. Pro-tip: do not order the Italian beef egg rolls.

I just moved to Chicago a few weeks ago and don’t know anyone. Took myself on a date to Declan’s and I had the BEST night. The bartender was so welcoming (I don’t remember his name but he was working the night of December 28th along with the GM and Natalie). The GM was so nice. Natalie, a server, treated me like I’ve been there forever. I’m making this place my “Cheers” bar where everyone knows my name :-) I’m so grateful to have a place where people treat me Iike family in my new city.

Had a quick stop in here while visiting the Old Town area, before heading to a gig at the Vic Theatre. Seemed a good friendly pub, enjoyed a few beers and some fried pickles!

I love coming to this neighborhood bar always a great experience great staff great drinks and their food items are just incredible one of my favorite though is the burgers and their Italian beef egg rolls are to die for 🤤

honestly 5/5 bar food. came to watch the nd football game on a saturday evening. got here 45 mins before kickoff and was able to get a table outside. they have a great drink selection and their food was surprisingly good. we got the chicken tenders, fried pickles, nachos, and fries. fried pickles were some of the best i’ve had- they were breaded in panko and so good!! chicken tenders were pretty good too. would definitely come back

Great dive sports bar that welcomes large groups. Food is good but can take a while sometimes. Highly recommend after coming with your team after a game

Super great place for a cocktail. We visited here for a drink and an appetizer. The crowd was smaller for a Sunday evening. We just talked and enjoyed some mozzarella sticks. Our service was great. They were very upbeat and helpful. I would highly recommend visiting Declan’s the next time you are in town! Thank you!

Went as a team after our soccer game at Lincoln park. The staff was extremely friendly and nice, made space for all of us to sit inside. The food was good too. I had the wings and tots with whiskey shots. The server even split the bill individually, have never seen that in Chicago before. Definitely going back.

Delicious, fun and lots of variety in the menu! They used to have the impossible burger and it was swapped for a black bean burger (I'm vegetarian), it's really good! Highly recommend it :)
