We went to celebrate my daughter's 15th bday with a total of 24 of us this past Tuesday evening and we had great service, good food and enjoyed to the fullest. We avoided the busy weekend, not too many customers during the week. I called the restaurant the day before letting them know there will be 24 of us in case they needed to staff up. We had some appetizers and 4 parrilladas. I was able to bring my daughter's cake. The evening was absolutely perfect. Family and friends showed up at 7:15pm and we finally left at 10:30pm their closing time. We were so relaxed. I want to thank Coculas Restaurant, Jose Alfredo and everyone on the team for making this a great evening for familia and friends. Definitely we will be back soon.

I ordered Mar y Tierra. Beans were delicious (I am not a beans fan) Shrimps were a little bland for my taste. Tampiquena was soft (I liked it) Rice was a little undercooked. Service was good. We will come back another day.

I've driven past here for years and finally stopped by. Great customer service and generous portions, including the drinks. The food isn't spicy but the salsa is, so you can add that. Mole sauce is not the brown variety, more tomato flavor. The flautas were good as well. The guacamole is creamy, not chunky. Nice family atmosphere and friendly/laid back. They speak Spanish so you can practice, but they also speak English. Positive experience, would return.

Depending on how you like your atmosphere. We usually go later at night so that there are not as many people. Weekends are super busy. I think they still have the mariachi guys who sing at tables. The birra tacos are pretty good. But for me it the spicy seven seas soup that has me coming back. A large ding comes in a huge beer style glass.

Good authentic Mexican cuisine. Always a pleasure coming to this location. Feels like home! We enjoy coming to this location. Their enchiladas verdes are delicious with an icy Horchata. Oh, and their asada plain tacos for kids are big and tasty. Highly recommend this location.

The place was packed on Saturday night but we were able to get a table. Service was prompt and attentive. The horchata was good, not too sweet. I ordered the tampiquena plate and the steak was cooked perfectly (medium). My gf ordered the caldo de res soup and it was delicious as well. Also, there was a mariachi band playing in the background while we enjoyed our dinner. Overall, the food was great and the service was good too. Will be back next time.

Where do I begin, the food was amazing!! Like my abuela was in the back making it. We went in there an hour before close (was about the only thing open that was close) the food wasn’t rushed, it was so fresh. Most importantly I hate going into restaurants right before close, but no one tried to rush us out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!🤤
