Nice and quiet place to take a break. I had the tiramisu, which is made in-house. Texture was perfect except it was way too sweet. I could barely take 2 bites.

This place has some really good sandwiches with really good food quality. The food here costs around $5 less than at other places with the same food quality and in the same type of locations. Would definitely recommend.

Really great OG Italian subs and soups. My mom said, "Most authentic since upstate New York." Perfect on a rainy day! The Chai here was like Christmas in a cup.

Lively atmosphere and wholesome employee-customer rapport. Food was amazing as well. My husband (who is from Italy) loved their cannoli! Said it tasted straight from Italy! My kids loved the chicken tenders as well! Will for sure come again!

If I could pick one lunch spot for the rest of my working days in the Loop, this is it. Love the variety of menu options here; everything is made with quality and tastes delicious! The restaurant has the vibe of a genuine Italian cafe.
Also, they have one of the best Italian beef sandwiches in Chicago - yes you read that correctly!
