Troha's don't disappoint! I haven't been here in years! I ordered to go the large shrimp dinner comes with fries and coleslaw the food was hot and tasty very good and the coleslaw as I remember very good! I will continue to eat from here whenever I can get there

Got the half-pound shrimps with codfish, and both blew me away, ngl. Shrimps aren't small, decent size and they are crunchy and come out hot. 9.2. Definitely, some of the better shrimp spots in the city. The cod fish is another winner 8.7. The fish batter ion know was really good to me and crunchy...they like huge fish nuggets. Got it with their tartar sauce and cocktail sauce and they didn't miss...overall 9.0.

It is a true whole in the wall. I had my doubts when reading reviews "Great Fish & Chips" located on 26th Street were Mexican food is King.
Well by FAR some of the best fish and chips in town, the owners is super friendly, the place is clean and prices are just right . Been there multiple times now. Everything is Very Good. Personally I like the fish & Chips.

Be sure to look at the specials when you stop in. I had planned on having fish and chips, special was 1lb fried whitefish with fries and 1/2 salad for less than the standard order. I placed my order and they dropped my fish and fries. 6 minutes later out the door with delicious piping hot food. Will definitely be back!!!!

Long time local restaurant. My mom went there when she was a child, started taking me when I was a child, and now my children love it. We always get the fried shrimp, which are ALWAYS exceptional!

Been going here as a little girl holding my Daddy's hand & nothing has changed. Faces are different, looks a little different but sane FABULOUS food, sane friendly and prompt service! Made fresh...no heat lamps here ! If you're getting ready to watch the game or in need af good food for a crowd...look no further! They accept catering orders and are very accommodating! This is a must go to in Chicago!
