We went there at 7:55pm and my father really wanted a double a espresso. They assisted us even though they were about to close and as I saw from outside the employees still had a smile on their face. Great costumer service. Thank you

My favorite drink is the matcha frappe with soy milk and a pump of honey. Top it with whipped cream. I also enjoy the pumpkin bread, and the sausage and egg biscuit. This location can be pretty noisy and difficult to sit and eat.

We came here early In the morning and there was no line which was cool. Our drinks were good and the ham and crosaint was decent. The Starbucks was adjourned to a hotel so the inside wasn't very big and wasn't much to look at for appearance .

Substitute with Starbucks - Almond Milk for those who can’t have regular milk.
One ⭐️ off because this place is always packed and it is small, no seating really for the amount of traffic and the place was a little unkept.

One of the most efficient Starbucks I've been to in a long time. Well staffed with friendly welcoming smiles. A barrista with red hair made our coffee all while dancing and grooving. It was probably the best coffee drink ever, perhaps because it was made with 100% pure love.

I don’t know which barista made my coffee this morning, but - I just want to say, this is just perfection. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a more perfect brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. Like you literally made my Monday get off to a beaaautiful start! TY TY TY!!!

Nice Starbucks at a street corner a block away from the Magnificent Mile Michigan Avenue. The place is spacious but only bar stool seating available. The service is fast.
