Effectively simple, repeatedly successful, every morning. I come here every single day via mobile app order since my job is around the corner. It's always there and correctly made (I send it about 10 mins ahead). On the 2% chance it's not and I ask for it, this team makes it IMMEDIATELY and apologizes with my name and wishes me a good day. Working in a luxury hotel where guest experience is my career and my colleagues come here as well, these consistent efforts and meaningful recoveries are **crucial** to keep the regulars from going to literally any other of the 100+ coffee shops in the Loop.

I placed an order for an assorted dozen, however when I arrived, the gentleman there explained they were all out of the ones I had chosen. I explained I needed some treats to bring coworkers I was meeting the first time (as I work remote) for a good first impression. I kindly asked if he could give me a bag of some small donut holes. I will tell you, this gentleman, wished I had gotten his name, went ABOVE and BEYOND in customer service. He gave me half the what was on the rack and THEN some. I was IMPRESSED and AMAZED by his generosity. I hope his supervisor reads this service, you need to give him a raise or make him a manager, he KNOWS how to make things RIGHT. THANK YOU for making my night and helping me have a great first impression with my managers and colleagues!

They were out of small cups and option was I could pay for a medium when I don't ever drink medium size coffee. They changed these ladies order and then got upset when the lady asked why they didn't tell her they were out of vanilla syrup or hadn't "unpacked it". They acted like she was in the wrong.
