I ordered the dark chocolate mocha to go. It is the most delicious mocha ever! They have a clean restroom in there. My online order was made correctly and it was ready before the pick up time. I loved the myriad of options available to customize the online order. And they got everything right! The location has free parking and very close to Lincoln Park.
Vegetarian breakfast sandwich was so good! The coffee was delicious as well. The staff is very nice and greet you as you walk in. Dining area is pretty quiet in the mornings.
Peets has the best almond milk of any of the big name coffee shops. It is mellow, not sweet, and works well with Peets coffee. Typical coffee shop atmosphere. Yummy seasonal pastries.
Their coffee, of all sorts, is always delicious and comforting.
Where they shine the most is their service. I know they have a script from Peet’s to go by, but they still are very personable. Never had anyone look like they hated to be there.
As for their food choices, I’m not a fan of their breakfast sandwiches or croissants, but that’s just my taste. They’re not bad, but I’m picky.
I stop in whenever I’m in the area.

What can I say.. I love Peets! This location is very busy but they are so fast & friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this coffee shop. Even tho it’s part of a shopping district, it still feels line a neighborhood spot!!

A unique coffee experience. So it seems like an acquired taste and wasn't my "cup of tea🍵."
I found it a bit too heavy and missed the traditional cappuccino or iced latte.
Their staff are always so friendly! Must try the iced almond milk matcha latte with three pumps of caramel apple. It's their newest fall flavor. This combination was recommended by a barista and it is amazing!!!
