Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The food was fresh and delicious.
I got a French martini, the Cesar salad and the penne al pomodorro Secco.
Also had the calamari which was the perfect texture.

I celebrated 🎈 my birthday🍸 at Anna's. The staff really worked well together at making me feel right at home. I couldn't believe how delicious the grilled pork chops and egg Parmesana were. Plus, the Lemon drop martini 🍸 is amazing. 👍 Everything was so delicious and my dining experience beautiful at Anna Maria Pasteria!! 😍
Amazing food with amazing experience, feels like you have traveled to an old town in Italy, the moment you cross the doors. I was a bit skeptical because the restaurant was on a major intersection, but we couldn't hear a thing. The decor was amazing, the food delicious and the servers super polite. Will be coming back to this neighborhood gem
This place is such a gem! We’ve been coming here for many years and it never disappoints. The staff is amazing, kind, courteous, friendly and helpful. The food is always delicious and their wine selection is superb. Highly recommend Anna Maria Pasteria!
The service was exceptional! The staff was so friendly and attentive throughout our meal, our water cups were always full and our waitress made sure we had everything we needed. We started with the bruschetta and each had a specialty cocktail. Then we each had a pasta dish for our entrees. The sauces were so good and the pasta was delicious! We ended the meal with an espresso and a slice of tiramisu! The cake was soft and amazing. Definitely recommend checking this place out for a date night or just dinner in general!
Again Italian is my thing! This is old school Italian at it's best food was fast and fresh! It was my first time dining as I was going to the theater down the street. I can be discriminate with my food but these place was perfect,with a cozy ambiance and had fair prices for the yummy food! I did the lobster stuffed ravioli, chocolate cake, while my sister had the lamb and fresh spinach with garlic added. We did a nice sweet Moscato to pair it with!
I visited this amazing authentic restaurant on Friday with our good friends visiting from Texas. I asked my sister Daisy what she would recommend and she immediately said go to my friends restaurant near your home. Ana Maria Pasteria you will love it.
She was absolutely right it was amazingly cozy, the staff was kind and the food and drinks definitely delicious 😋 you must go if your looking to eat authentic Italian food cooked by a master chef.
My friends loved everything they ordered and they were happy to meet Ana the chef.

How have I missed this restaurant? We made a reservation for a Saturday evening, were seated promptly and ordered drinks. Wine was very reasonably priced and our food was delicious. Service was attentive and friendly and the decor is cute and makes for a cozy environment. I'll definitely be back.

Great local Italian restaurant, wine and dessert were great. It was outshined by the service, who were on standby every second we were there. The reason for 4 stars for food is because the service was THAT MUCH BETTER.
Drove from Virginia to Chicago Aug.22 to drop of my kid @ DePaul Theatre Conservatory, exhausted & the heat (Chicago what is up with 100°+ days to move into the dorm!). Anna Marie’s looked good, It was exactly what we wanted & needed. We split a Caesar salad, wonderful homemade dressing, the Pollo Vesuvio, exactly the comforting food we needed. Tiffany is a gem, she seated us & was our server as well. The environment was homey, cool on the hot day, Tiffany makes an excellent Lemon Drop! The Tiramisu is an entirely other level, (voted best in Chicago) heavenly!
Discount if you pay cash! Planning my next trip, Anna Marie’s has already been selected for the birthday dinner! Thank you, Tiffany! we will see you in Nov. If I could give this higher score I would!

This Northside Chicago neighborhood gem is a must. Just found it and I'm glad I did. Authentic Italian restaurant with perfectly proportioned entrees that are delicious. The restaurant has been around for over forty years with the same sweet owner, chef and some very tenured wait staff. That says all you need to know in the high turnover restaurant industry.
On a busy night, they kindly found us a table even though we didn't have reservations. The atmosphere was nice and romantic ... and the food!!! So good!! Tomato cream sauce is to die for! The Caesar Salad was the real thing ... home made, tangy and flavorful. We will be back!
Authentic Italian fare. Soup was delicious. My salmon was yummy. Service was excellent.
Was such a phenomenal restaurant. The service amazing, friendly, so attentive but like a stelh our server was so on point!! Anything anyone wanted, he delivered, no hesitation. His service was seamless.
