Angie, our cashier, was extremely friend and approachable. I’m from Texas and we’re use to having conversations. She brought that and laughter. #starbucks give her a raise!!!

This Starbucks is located in the Sears Tower, and of course one of the busiest I have ever seen. It might take awhile to get a seat, however service and drinks great as always. Thank you baristas!

Wow, these places are like rats, man. They're everywhere. Especially in Chicago. Seems like they got enough locations to maybe drop those prices a bit, but whatev. Coffee's good, though..

Location is inside Willis Tower. Multiple ways to enter the building. Front door staff can tell you how to get there, since there are lots of food establishments inside (foodhall)
Drinks were normal starbucks quality. There was another starbucks nearby that was not quality. I recommend this one if you are at any nearby hotels area or are in the area. Open weekends.

The fasted slanging Starbucks in Chicago. The line was long the place was busy and they cleared it out in 15 minutes. One star less on service because they forgot our drink but made it fast and didn't question us. Will be back

I would like to start by saying this is a really great location. The coffee and all product are always fresh and taste amazing. My coffee is always perfect I use this location 2-3 times a week, but unfortunately I am upset and that one of the barristas redeemed my points without my consent as I was trying to save them. I will be calling customer service.

Go here on & off. But every time I go Angie is so sweet, nice, respectful & my order is always right. She work fast and I never wait no more than 3-5 mins. Angie has a great personality & is the best.
