Love this place. A Staple in Edgewater. I've eaten hear for over 30 years and they never disappoint. One of the best burgers in Chicago and their Blue Cheese is one of a kind. Pure delicious with an amazing staff to match.
Never had a bad time or meal at Moody's. We bring our family mainly during the summer for burgers and to sit outside in the courtyard nut also enjoy their delicious burgers during the winter indoors as well. Such an iconic place!
A classic Burger bar in Edgewater! Lots of burger options (I got the bleu cheese) and a good beer selection too! Additionally, the French fries are excellent and highly recommended. It's a nice spot to chill in the summer on the patio. I've never sat inside, so can't comment. I've only had fried and onion rings as far as food, but both are really good.
The food is really tasty. Huge portion of onion rings & the fries! I’d recommend sitting on the patio, the inside gets really smoky at times and everything just felt a little sticky. But, overall the food was great so we will be back!
Can’t go wrong for a simple dinner at Moody’s Pub. Yes, there are other places with a bigger selection of burgers or drinks but what I like about this place is the down-to-earth atmosphere, especially their patio.
