I had lunch with my daughter as a special time and we went to Pork and Mindy's for the first time. The food was delicious! She enjoyed her chicken slider so much I had to order her a second one. We had the amazing tots with a side of some of the best ranch dressing ever! My French toast chicken sandwich was a great combo of spice, salt, and a touch of sweet. The staff was helpful to us newcomers and attentive. We enjoyed the music being played and the artwork as decor. This place was a refreshing change to most fast food. The food was handcrafted and well seasoned. Normally, "chuck roast" and "barbeque" would never be in the same sentence...Pork and Mindy do it exceptionally well. Jeff Mauro even suggests pairings for food from the soft drink options....like a sommelier for kid foodies! This place was excellent, we would love to go back....the server even took a video of my son raving about his Italian Beef sandwich and sent it to Mr. Mauro.
Great & delicious food period! We had the Pastramindy Ruben sandwich , and the to die for Pig Candy Sweet heat bacon..yum! The pulled pork mushroom salad bowl with assorted ingredients. A regular Totty with ranch dressing. Sooo good!
I've read the other reviews & must have lucked out. I asked the director to recommend a few things. He went above and beyond. I enjoyed the beef sandwich and a turtle nado. My experience was sublime. Highly recommend coming here.
Delicious smoked meats and sides. Perfect for paleo and keto diets and everybody else. Pit bowls can be served over cauliflower rice or romaine, with many choices for toppings to go with your meat choice. We will be back for more.
A very unique BBQ place! I absolutely love the Tot'tine, which is poutine tots with cheese, chives, gravy, and pickled onions. I tried it with the sauces too, but it didn't really need more flavoring because it's already perfect. My husband ordered the Bao sandwich, and our friend ordered the Buffalo tots (recommended by the owner). I also shared a Memphis shake with my husband (peanut butter, bacon, honey shake)! So good!!!!
I got the Bao to the Pork and it was phenomenal. I’m still working on recreating it at home!
Make sure you check out the Jones soda fountain and the selection of sauces for sale. (The plum and apricot habanero are phenomenal).
I had the hot chicken sangwich as the way they put it on their menu not bad I thought it was going to be spicy hot cuz of the word hot but it wasn't still good tho. I had some tots with ranch to go with it nice good lunch.
My wife and I stopped in for dinner last Thursday after checking into the hotel across the way. Staff was friendly and helped us with the questions we had. This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was great! I also wanted to note that this restaurant was exceptionally clean. My wife even noted someone in the back of the kitchen scrubbing the floor. Definitely a great place to stop in.

Sandwiches are good. This is definitely not light fare. Full flavor, heavy sandwiches. Pork was juicy and Pig Candy bacon was intense. Sauce options are solid. Jones Soda machine was a nice touch. Milkshake was great. Tots were okay, a little cold and soggy. Sandwiches are well priced, but I found the tots and milkshake a little expensive for what they were. Decor was great and staff/service was great.
Whole family ate at P&M tonight for the first time, and we absolutely loved it. The meats were excellent, the side dishes were unexpectedly fantastic, and even the vegetarians loved the smoked mozzarella sandwich! Tried at least four of the dipping sauces too, and they were delicious. Attentive, friendly service.... we'll definitely be coming back.
