Delicious! So filling! Worth the money and the trip! They had menus on the tables that made me think it was a sit down but you have to go and order at the register. Not enough light to my liking. It was cloudy and dim inside

First time we visited. We ordered chicken cemitas, al pastor and asada tacos to take out. Service was fast and friendly, and the order was accurate. Everyone liked the cemitas and the salsas; however, I have to say that my family didn't like the tacos as much as the cemitas. If this restaurant opens another one in Pilsen, we'd be loyal customers every weekend!

Got the milanesa cemita and it will fill you up. Lots of cheese and guac and the pork was tasty. The guac and chips are definitely worth checking out too. Tacos were solid as well.

If you're a vegetarian, this might not be the place for you. I'm pretty sure my tacos we're just meet rapped in a tortilla. If you're not a vegetarian, than this place is great. The jamon cemita was great. The ham was juicy and there was lots of cheese. They also included three sauces which were also good. The food prices were very reasonable for the quality and amount of food. The drink prices looked a little high.

The prices are good, the food is delicious and yummy, and the service was friendly. I was in the area and visited from reading reviews. The service and staff were very friendly and had no problem explaining the menu to me. I only tried the veggie cemita from the recommendation – it's basically like a Mexican burger is the best way to put it. The avocado spread inside was delicious. I was tempted to order a second one. I was only passing through, so I didn't get a chance to try anything else on the menu. The restaurant atmosphere is also nice too. There are clearly some older pictures of the place online, and it looked totally different when I visited (I almost missed it walking by). I'm hoping to bring family back here for dinner. If you're in the area and craving something Mexican that isn't Tex-Mex, this is probably a good bet for you to visit.

This is a great little hole in the wall. The decor may be bit trendy, the music a bit fast, and the crowd a bit yuppy, but the food screams traditional. The chicken tacos are nicely filled with smokey, spicy goodness. They are simply put... Delicious. And speaking of simple, that's exactly what they are... Simple... Simple arrangements made up of meat, and tortilla; a little onion and cilantro on top, with a few lemon wedges on the side and that's it. There's no useless fluff like lettuce or tomatoes, or cheese and sour cream. And for good reason; because the last thing you want is some useless mediocre incredient coming in and stealing the spotlight. We want Mariah, not Miley. These tacos are only filled with "Mariah". No Miley here. And these tacos have a range of flavors comparable to Mariah's vocal range in "without you". They are spicy, tangy, subtle, and deep. Stop in and find out for yourself. Enjoy! Also, the pico and chips are excellent.

Simple, authentic and reasonably priced menu. Not a lot of seating but comes out quick so seats would open up quickly. Got a jamon cemita that was the special of the day and it was amazing, had a ton of flavor. Wasn't needed but salsas added to it. Will be back regularly.

Very tasty, but definitely not for vegetarians. They do have options, but they cook the veggies on the same grill as the meat. I got very sick after eating here. I'd definitely go back if they get a designated veggie grill!
