Pros: Blew my mind. Not just a sprinkle of sausage as a topping. NO. A WHOLE LAYER OF SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE PERFECTION. As a huge fan of sausage pizza, this is the best. I've. Ever. Had.
Cons: They ship their pizza anywhere so what was supposed to be a fling can turn into a weekend reunion anytime you're in the mood.

Vs NYC, I'd rate it a 6.5 for Chicago I'll give it an 8.5 ... It was definitely enjoyable but I feel Chicago needs to change it's dough if it truly wants to ever compete with NYC. The cracker crust that Chicago loves was done in a way that was at least enjoyable on this pie, most places have dry gold fish cracker crust, this pie was enjoyable. Would I get it again? Unless a genuine Brooklyn spot moves into town, yes I would. The price was reasonable too. I will say this, the sauce was a top 5 for me and that's including vs NYC sauces , it was salty, had bold tomato taste, and was unique.

Really enjoy their pizza and this place offers the both take out or delivery. You can customize the pizza if you call or order on their application and I have enjoyed their thin crust plus their promotions.
These last times, they do curb side pick up so they do come out to know what you are picking up and they will bring it out to you.
They have free parking and you may walk up to pickup. Will come back.

Ordered a medium thin crust cheese and sausage with extra sauce if delivered it's uncut so the cheese won't slide,you must request it to be cut all ingredients fresh and made inhouse including the sausage handicap accessible drive up and go spot small parking area in the mall a lot of maneuvering to get in and out of the parking lot. Small cozy indoor dinning area a little costly $23.00 for that medium otherwise the service is the best I've had since the pandemic.

I love this location! The staff are super friendly and the service is fast! They do an amazing job at anticipating the needs of their patrons and providing a little extra! When I can eat pizza or wings, I always choose this location for take out.
I’d ordered some wings, but early, this had to wait for my order. They served complimentary pizza which was awesome! They said they had many orders and wanted us to be able to snack while we waited! (I love the Service and Sentiment)!
Every business will error sometimes, My order was partially incorrect which wasn’t good since I’m on Atkins; having to stick to my plan. When I called Joyce was amazingly hospitable, even offering to replace it at a later date. I called today to take her up on the offer! Everyone here is an amazing representation of Lou Mañalti’s great service as the full service restaurants!

It takes a while to get the pizza and is admittedly a bit too expensive. HOWEVER, the pizza was delicious and a nice treat while I was on my trip to Chicago!

I have always gotten the freshest pizza from Lou's! Whether I take it to go, or order delivery, it's piping hot with fresh ingredients! My driver reminds me to tip, but I wouldn't "not" tip him. I know gas is crazy and I appreciate the delivery. Thanks Lou's!

So this is my 3rd time ordering here! My son & I love their deep dish pizza ( although we couldn't hardly taste the cheese on the 3rd one ) & some of the staff are super friendly " I've had deep dish in so many other places & this one is the best by far, cheese bread is not all that. we will definitely make Lou Malnati's our go to place for pizza for now on😉
