This place gets crowded around lunch time but the team here handles it like pros. Great spot for a quick sandwich or soup. My personal favorite is the turkey club sandwich and voodoo chips.
They also have live acoustic music on most days around lunch time. It adds a nice touch.

Amazing sandwiches!! So flavorful and delicious. I got the grilled chicken and it definitely did not disappoint. I recommend that you put all the toppings they offer. It's not a potbelly sandwich without the hot peppers! The service is excellent, the food is affordable - defintiely a must-go!
Fast and friendly service always at this store. The food has always been fresh and tasty. There is no local parking being on the loop street. Plenty of seating for small or larger groups. They also have a soda machine offering coke products and a cooler with bottled drinks.
Ashley is great at customer service and recently Angie has I been also. They are both great workers for you to appreciate and keep. The website needs to be fixed so orders be placed and ready for pick up too.
Always a line at lunch but it moves pretty quickly. Quality is always consistent. It seems like the chain hires ex cons or social service referals (though I don't know that for a fact). But I give them credit for doing it and the taining must be high quality because the staff are invariably helpful
The employees here are the best ones that they could hire. I’m writing this review simply because I like the people that work here they are good people tip them.
Always friendly. I am usually there close to closing time but I never feel rushed. It is a nice place to sit and eat. The music isn't too loud which is something I appreciate a lot.

This my fav. lunch spot in the loop. I work right across in the citadel building from here. I really come here for the staff, more than anything. They are super friendly and always provide good service. I try to come here my breakfast sandwich and lunch Mediterranean sandwich. I think potbellys
