Ashley is great at customer service and recently Angie has I been also. They are both great workers for you to appreciate and keep. The website needs to be fixed so orders be placed and ready for pick up too.

This is probably one of the very very few potbelly’s in Chicago that I actually got good service in. Staff were friendly and joked around, they did miss one of my toppings but I enjoyed the interaction enough that I didn’t really care. I’m so used to the potbelly’s in Texas (great service) that coming to a potbelly in Chicago felt really cold and different but this one was nice.

Always a line at lunch but it moves pretty quickly. Quality is always consistent. It seems like the chain hires ex cons or social service referals (though I don't know that for a fact). But I give them credit for doing it and the taining must be high quality because the staff are invariably helpful and smiling.

Always friendly. I am usually there close to closing time but I never feel rushed. It is a nice place to sit and eat. The music isn't too loud which is something I appreciate a lot.

Fast and friendly service always at this store. The food has always been fresh and tasty. There is no local parking being on the loop street. Plenty of seating for small or larger groups. They also have a soda machine offering coke products and a cooler with bottled drinks.
