Nice brunch spot! First time dining in here and our waitress was great. The food/drinks were fantastic, food full of flavor. Everybody tried something different and loved their choices. Will come back again 😁

Went here for brunch. Sat outside for the roscoe streetery. We got a chicken sandwich and brunch BLT (includes scrambled egg). The breakfast hash browns are excellent. It’s the crispy shoestring kind, which I prefer over the softer/mushier hash brown styles. Both sandwiches were superb. I’m partial to BLTs and find most restaurants ruin them by switching out the ingredients to fancy/upscale equivalents that deviate too much from the childhood standard. Kitsch’n did not disappoint here - BLT had elevated versions of classic ingredients like candied bacon. I included a side photo for ingredient scale and portions. Everything was affordable. I think around $40 after tax for 2 meals and coffees.

Colorful and a little whimsical, very nice service, delicious food. Bigger inside than outside, so ask even if it seems full. Back patio also. And finally somebody who makes crispy hash browns!

The staff is friendly and the coffee is great, but in all honestly, I came for the pictures of hash browns I had seen in previous Google reviews. Even though they are still called hash browns on the menu - they are breakfast potatoes - and not very good ones (cold and soggy). Fried potato lovers eat at your own risk.

Welcoming people and wonderful service, delicious food especially my favorite, Nutella banana French toast! The place is super unique and beautiful! Recommend coming here for sure!!! The back room is warm and cozy, the food was the best, fries nice and steamy, wall decorations are very aesthetic, reasonably priced for the delicious food, very not lousy!!! Bacon extra crispy, definitely come back!

Great food, eclectic vibe! This is a really good place to meet up with friends and sit for a while. They have outdoor seating in both the front and back for when the weather is nice. Pretty standard prices for brunch in Chicago. The staff here is always friendly and helpful, and the menu includes some good vegetarian options. I love the Metropolis coffee served here.

I had the breakfast tacos, and they were very good, as were the hashbrowns. Service was perfect, and I enjoyed eating on the outdoor patio.

Got the Chilaquiles with added pulled pork, GREAT portions! Not as flavored as some other places, the pulled pork was tender. Also got the Bloody Mary: as someone who likes my bloodys more brine-y, this one didn’t satisfy. But it did have a unique smoky flavor and was pretty thick. LOVED the candied bacon addition—I could’ve eaten an entire plate of those. A solid place if you’re in the area.
