Don't think I would have survived college without this establishment. I probably sampled their entire menu. My favourites are 1) chicken salad sandwich, 2) turkey breast sandwich, 3) meatball sandwich, 4) tuna salad sandwich, and 5) mushroom melt. I always went with big and whole grain/multigrain. Yumm!!

It's Potbelly's, if you know the chain you're gonna get what you expect.
Good shakes, warm sandwiches. Prices going up, but that's everything nowadays.

I visit this Potbelly’s location on a regular basis. The staff has almost always been friendly, outgoing, and helpful. The food is also very good, and the shakes are amazing!

About 7 PM we had a roast beef and a wrap.. Both were very tasty. Only saw 1 employee, but she was friendly. Busy too. There was a constant steady flow of customers, but she kept up well... Much better than subways.

Never tried Potbelly, so being next door to our hotel, decided to try it. We were so hungry, forgot to take pics..., but can tell you the AVO Turkey sandwich was great - turkey, avocado, swiss cheese, tomato & mayo on a multigrain bun. The turkey is cut from a breast and not deli. The BLTA was very good as well-blt with avocado. Very efficient process in preparing the sandwiches. Was about 12 people in line, but it went fast. Healthy option for fast food.

4-29-19; initially I gave this place a 2 star review because the staff was very rude to my daughter, and didn't even want to make a milkshake for her. She left without buying anything. However, I posted the review, the owner responded, and I am happy to report that my daughter has gone back to this store and now the staff are polite and helpful. Thank you to the management for being so responsive!

The sandwich was delicious. The doorman at the hotel told me I could not park in front of your business Potbelly. The door man told me that the parking spaces from Congress to Harrison was for the Blake Hotel only. I could not park there. I told him I was a customer at Potbelly. He told me that don't mean nothing.
