I always love going to Enoteca, authentic home style Italian recipes, made with fine ingredients. The staff is lovely and I always learn one thing or two about Italian food when I'm there. Going to a place that makes their food with love is unbeatable. Cheers!

Cozy Italian with an older chicago interior. This is the other half of Letizia's and its also very good. Enjoyed that the menu had half portion options on a lot of their entrees. Good selection of dishes without having too many or too few options. Service was good and food was delivered quickly. Only downside is during the winter there's maybe seating for 28 tops, with a patio during the summer about doubling it

This place was really great! The food was good, the service was good, everything about this place was nice. It was my birthday, they gave us a free slice of cake which was awesome. The only reason I’m docking a point for atmosphere is because of a very loud gentleman at the front of the restaurant. Not their fault, but he was annoying enough to make an impact!! Can’t wait to come back and try some more of the food.

Although I’ve never been to Italy, it felt like I was transported to a family-run restaurant in Rome. The Bruschetta was amazing. They let you do a flight of different kinds. Our favorite was the one with goat cheese and marinated eggplant. The pasta, polenta, and calamari were great. We can’t wait to come back and try the pizza.

Fantastic meal. Went on a Saturday around 5:30pm. Wasn't crowded. Meal was delicious. Perfectly prepared Veal Marsala, some of the best I've ever had. The pizza was delicious too. Wife had linguine with clams and she and my daughter(2yr old) loved it.

I came here wanting the basics. You know like, mozzarella sticks, garlic bread, spaghetti & meat balls and Alfredo with a steak on the side. To my surprise they had none of that. However the kind waitress recommended other dishes and I was open to it. My son had the kids traditional spaghetti 🍝 (didn’t come with meatballs) and I tried the Penne arrabbiata (spicy marinara garlic mostaccioli with sausage chucks). It was really good. Honestly, if I would have checked out the menu before coming in, I probably wouldn’t have stopped here. Only because, I really wanted some steak and cheese sticks lol but I’m glad I went in all gung-ho! It was a pleasant experience. The ambiance was peaceful, the waitress was super kind and the food was delicious.

The service was a little slow, especially in trying to be seated. The situation with the restaurant having multiple areas of outdoor seating and indoor seating was also difficult for the staff to maneuver when trying to seat us, but that was the only negative of the dining experience. We very much enjoyed our meal here, with the eggplant parm being the best item that I tried tonight. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for people wanting a nice, not so pricey place for Italian food in this area!

I came here when they first opened a little while back. I knew when I was coming back to Chicago, I had to stop by again. It was an unforgettable experience then and it lived up to my memory. We had the Calamari, Spinach Ravioli special, Gnocchi alla Erbe and a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. We both agreed the gnocchi was a 10/10, but then we tried the ravioli and both agreed it was amongst the absolute best food we’ve had in our entire lives. On top of the food being phenomenal, the service was outstanding then and it was again now. To see this place at a 4.5 was almost frustrating, it definitely deserves better. Homemade and delicious. We will be back every time we come through Chicago.

Back on another Wine & Pasta Wednesday here at Enoteca Roma. This cute little Italian spot off Division has a lot more than meets the eye. The dining room may look small but the business also owns the bakery next door for more delicious to-go treats and sandwiches. In addition to that, the two share a large, secluded back patio which is where we chose to dine. To start we went with the antipasto platter which, split between 4 was a great start and allowed you to experience quite a few different flavors. This being Chicago, I was a big fan of their house made giardinera and the olive tapenade went well with nearly everything. From there we ventured to the venison polenta. There were a few guest with us who had never had the pleasure of a fresh polenta experience and they were all raving about it. Myself included. And experience wise (if you’re with a date 😉) fresh plating right in front of your eyes always adds to the experience 🤌🏼. We narrowed it down to 3 entrees. The Gnocchi with pork shoulder, the ravioli and the Pollo Limone. All three stood out in their own way. The gnocchi was light but the pork shoulder added a delicious savoriness to it. One of my favorites of the night. The ravioli was rich but not overbearing. With the ricotta, and walnut this wasn’t far off from a desert. The pollo limone, recommended by our wonderful waiter Hector, was well cooked, not overly lemony, and with the spinach/mushrooms & potato’s was a nice contrast to the rest of the meal 👌🏼. For desert we opted for a few scoops of the pistachio gelato. This might have been our favorite of the night. We’re not desert people but this tasted like the perfect pistachio infusion of a lucky charms marshmallow. We were blown away. All in all, a lovely neighborhood eatery with a welcoming staff and beautiful patio to escape the hustle and bustle of Division. I would highly recommend!!

We were looking for a joint that was open a bit later and had authentic post. This checked both of those boxes! The gnocchi was amazing. They were like little tasty clouds. 😋

Hidden gem for Italian food. The gnocchi is a must! We tried the carrot one and loved it. The pear ricotta ravioli was good too but a little too sweet. Tiramisu was only ok. But would definitely go back to try more pasta and the bruschetta!

Loved it! We sat at the bar and had such a nice time thanks to good food and Daniel, a very friendly and knowledgeable bartender. We enjoyed a beautiful Super Tuscan wine, so good. Started with meats and cheese, very nice selections and arugula salad. Ordered the shrimp in a spicy red sauce with homemade fettuccine, my friend had the veal Masala and we finished with panna cotta. Really enjoyed everything and the decor is nice and romantic. Will definitely go back.

Delicious homemade pasta. The orecchiette with shrimp and chili fake was my favorite plate of pasta I've ever had. Gnocchi was little pillows of heaven. Also, the mix and match bruschetta flight is a perfect appetizer. This will be our go to Italian place from now on.

The most delicious Italian meal I've ever eaten! Our party of 5 started with the Bruschetta flight, the thinly sliced octopus, and the calamari. We then had the polenta with vegetables, and then several main dishes that we all shared. (Well, everyone else shared but I wasn't sharing my pear ravioli with walnut cream sauce-- it was all mine mine mine!) We finished the meal with the caramel cheesecake, the tiramisu, the chocolate raspberry ganache, and a fried pastry with strawberries and chocolate sauce and ice cream. Truly, and amazing meal AND an amazing experience. The service was fantastic, and the owners could not be better at greeting customers and making sure everyone is enjoying their meal. Thank you for a wonderful experience-- we will be coming back, for sure! Grazie!

Delicious food and phenomenal service. Enoteca has the perfect blend of an authentic Italian experience right in a Chicago backyard. An outstanding nighttime experience and a staff that makes you feel like family. I had a wonderful time and I can't wait to have another visit!

Wonderful service. The roma pizza with garganzola was an eye opening experience I would come back for. The polenta was perfectly creamy and I enjoyed it with the venison Bolognese.
