Been coming here for years since i was young. Usual Chinese food but great service. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The mix drinks are delicious at a great price. Get the "volcano" and share it with a friend or drink it your self and have your friend drive you home. They don't spare the liquor.

First time there, but went with family who have been many times. Food is incredible. Something for any taste. Even has an American menu. Prices are very reasonable for what you get and they serve liquor and beer if you want. Only 1 complaint, it's a 2nd floor and there are a lot of steps. Parking available on the street but you can park at the Public Parking 1 block away for $2 just have them validate your ticket. All said will definitely go here again.

The food here is so yummy! I get their BBQ pork fried rice spicy. They add jalapeños to it versus adding dried chili pepper. It doesn't make the rice as spicy as I would like but it is still very flavorful!

After walking thru China town looking for a restaurant with a variety or combo meal we came across this "hole in the wall". It had a menu that for a party of two was $12 each. The food was good and plentiful. We (my daughter and I) ordered the meal for two and had Margaritas on the side. The bill was about $40 dollars!! One thing I look for in a Chinese restaurant is to see if peas and carrots are in the fried rice..NO peas and carrots, Hooray!!! Highly recommended by me. The service is great too!

Won Kow offers plenty of choices in larger potions for a fair price. They have seafood, vegetarian and meat option as well as spicy and mild. This is a solid choice for Chinatown and has a fair number of locals as well as tourists. I am always happy to bring my visitors here. Also, they validate parking at the Chinatown lot.

This place is so good. We got a volcano drink which is really cool, lots of dim sum, spring rolls, low mein. It was all really good. You can tell the spring rolls are hand rolled in house. And even the fortune cookies tasted like they were home made. So so good.

I've been coming to Won Kow for 30 years, starting as a little kid with my parents. Won Kow is the oldest Chinese restaurant in China Town and serves up family style Chines dining in a relaxed, if a bit dated dining room. The food is delicious! I love the shrimp with lobster sauce and Chicken with Peapods. The fried rice is also great. This isn't a trendy place, but it's reasonably priced and yummy. Bring a group--they have large tables!

We love the great food and family atmosphere. It's hard not to feel welcome and embraced. Tell them what you want and they will make it. David, the owner, can always come up with special dishes that aren't even on the menu.

We go to this place regularly and we've brought friends but last night, Nov 12th 2010, we were overcharged $10. Will be following up but I won't be returning if this isn't corrected. The food was great, always is and the owner is a nice guy so hopefully when we bring this up, he'll treat us right.
