Had to wait 5 minutes for fresh falafel and it was well worth the wait. While visiting Chicago, this place was walking distance from our hotel. At first I wasn't sure, but man am I glad I went into this place. I got the falafel bowl with basmati rice humus taziki and the veggie mix. I say other people getting bread on the side so I asked for some and wow. Was that good. Yes you can fork it up, but making your own pita was so fun and delicious. No photo because it was that good.

They nailed it. Fantastic quality middle eastern food served in an efficient manner at a fair price. Naf Naf has been in my regular lunch rotation for years and they have never disappointed. The pita is always fresh and fluffy, the shawarma is moist and seasoned perfectly, and everything is complimented by the delicious salads and condiments (tahini, garlic sauce, hot sauce) that will fill your sandwich/bowl and your belly. Take a bow Naf Naf, you've earned it.

Got takeaway here this weekend. I got the plate with falafel and baba and chicken swarma. It was really pretty good, but I ordered all the veggies and got back to my hotel with none. It could have been my issues with the online ordering system but I was def disappointed. Employees were super nice tho, location is great and service was fast.

This was my first time at a Naf Naf Grill and I loved it. Hefty portions, good flavors, and a really clean and comfortable area to sit down and eat. The five star rating is based solely on the food and dining area. I'd rate the counter staff only 3.5. Since I'd never been before, I had questions, and the girl taking my order was uninterested and unhelpful. The cashier wasn't much better. No one asked if we wanted extra sauce, or made suggestions. I get it, no one likes to work on Sundays, but with a little effort this could be a really great place in downtown Chicago.

Quick take away order. Wonderful beef and chicken with rice platter with Arab bread. Couldn’t wait to try NNG. Look forward to trying again.

Got a Chicken Shawarma Baba Ghanoush Bowl but did not get a pita bread, like I did in the other location. A bit disappointed since the biggest attraction with this chain is the fresh pita bread.
