This is a great Starbucks locations. Slightly off Michigan Ave.. the tourist don’t come here as often since it’s hidden in plain site.
The staff is friendly & fast. Overall a good location!!

I went to ask for a coffee, and also my favorite cheese Danish. The signs were on the wrong items. I was confused. Allen was kind enough to help figure it out. The lady that gave me my Danish and told me "it did not matter, where the signs for the correct items were placed" put my Danish in the oven and it came with black residue from the oven. As I waited, Allen went ahead and gave me a fresh one and he made me feel very welcomed. He took his time, made sure my daughter had exactly what she wanted. Thank you Allen, because of you we will make sure to visit your store again. Maybe, your co-worker could take some good vibes from you!
I love this location because the staff is very nice--it's my favorite location!!!! I would love to give them 5 stars but it won't happen until Sarah understands what lite ice means!!!! It's not about how much ice she thinks I should have--it's about what I(the customer) is paying for!!!! She don't get decide what I want!!!! I can have lemon water at home--for free!!!!!!!!!!!!

Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks. NOT THIS ONE. It seems to me service at Starbucks has slipped over the years. There seems to be a bigger churn in employees. NOT AT THIS STARBUCKS. I go only in the morning hours before noon so I can't speak to afternoon service. However, the morning crew at this Starbucks is the best I've seen. They can turn a line of a dozen people disappear so proficiently. You will never catch any attitude. Special orders don't get you special looks. In summary, we all know Starbucks and what they have to offer. What we don't always know is Starbuck's service. Come to this store and find out how it's supposed to be done. Tell 'em Mo sent you. They'll laugh. That's my coffee name and it might even get your an extra shot of espresso.
This is the Starbucks closest to my office and have always had a good experience. I can't speak for the morning rush, but the afternoons are pretty quiet and it's a good place to go if you want to escape the Michigan Ave madness.
The lighting is pretty low, so if you're going to read, sit near the windows.
