Great place to stop by grab a half and half. Staff is friendly and if asked for recommendations, they tend to pick a good sandwich. 👍

Betty is a gem, I loved the energy she brought as soon as my friend and I walked in! We were laughing and chatting while she made our sandwiches. Aside from being an absolute joy, the sandwiches were great. Love this potbelly location!!! :-)

One of the few fast sub sandwiches places where I never doubt the quality of meat. There aren't a zillion toppings options like Subway, but what the do have has flavor. Mac and cheese is also good if you aren't in the mood for a sandwich, salad, or soup. Really good cookies. Also good for catering if you are getting sandwiches for a group.
It's Potbelly, so you know what you're getting. The lunch rush is manageable here and they have plenty of seating. A good place to sit and eat by yourself, or with one or two others, and maybe even get a little work done. Friendly staff and as efficient as any other Potbelly location without the same crushing crowds at lunchtime.
Quick service despite the long line, great listening skills by the lady taking my condiment requests (didn't have to repeat myself despite the noise), and as always, Potbelly sandwiches are amazing. If you know you'll be in a hurry, I suggest ordering via the mobile app and picking up, it'll be more convenient for you, but just as delicious!
Love the Wreck salad with salami, roast beef, turkey, hard boiled egg, swiss cheese, onion, tomato - so good and with great croutons! They have great milkshakes and the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookies! They have a huge menu, reasonable prices and you can't go wrong!

After traveling a lot through the country I have to say that Potbelly is for sure the best sandwich chain in the US! I love the way they toast the sandwiches including all meat and cheese and top it later with veggies and dressing or mayo.
Besides, you also get soups, salads, shakes and cookies at Potbelly, which are also very tasteful.
I believe I ordered the pizza sub with everything on it. Anyways, beware of the jalapeños. They are spicier than you think.
Besides that point, there is only one bathroom per gender, has two floors of space to sit and the second floor is earn giving feeling of a cabin or lounge texture.
