Excellent Service to the (3) Black Women working the front Today during lunch time!! Excellent customer service- My sandwich was beyond EXCELLENT! The Freshest meat and veggies Ive had in a very long time. I was in and out and back to work to enjoy my Wreck! This has to be the best PotBellys in the City of Chicago! You ladies should get a raise and a promotion on training some of your fellow co-workers at other locations! KUDOS- Keep up the good work!

Betty is a gem, I loved the energy she brought as soon as my friend and I walked in! We were laughing and chatting while she made our sandwiches. Aside from being an absolute joy, the sandwiches were great. Love this potbelly location!!! :-)
