Plethora of Mezcal options do justice to the name but equally good food makes this place hard to pass when you crave a fulfilling Mexican meal. Got Elote Placero (Corns), Chicken Tacos (Tinga, Mole Poblano, Milanesa), and Pollo Com Mole de Pistachio Torta to share between 2. Corns were outstanding and Tacos delicious. Portions for Tacos were bigger than a standard size. Would definitely recommend.

Mezcalina is full of flavor. This Mexican restaurant focuses more on the quality of their meets and the flavor of their seasoning rather than the portions of ther dishes. Unlike other Mexican restaurants Mezcalinas serves adequate portions that make you fall in love with their deliciousness. Recommendations: Cecina Adobada Tampiqueña Tacos al Pastor Stuffed Churros

Good taste, great service!!! If you can make it when Roberto is in consider your dining experience automatically upgraded! Just this weekend I recommended it to two colleagues from out of town and they said the same thing! Needless to say quality service is their standard and upheld as consistent as gravity on this earth!

The brunch was amazing. The food items were almost simple looking but the flavors were outstanding. The eggs were nearly well done yet soft and filled with flavor. All fresh flavors work together and created a great experience. I'm so glad to have found this restaurant. It is amazing to see the chef's appreciation for quality fresh foods, and their ability to bring all the natural flavors together perfectly. The restaurant is bright and clean, it's an elevated experience with the high ceiling and all the nice art works even though I only had the brunch. The service was phenomenal. The server was very welcoming and personable.

This morning we stumbled upon this hidden gem! Absolutely the best breakfast I have ever had. The atmosphere, decor and music was upbeat and relaxed. The service was very attentive. We arrived when they opened and by the time we left the restaurant was filled with customers. I don’t think I have had a margarita for breakfast before, but it was excellent and you could taste the fresh squeezed lime juice. The guacamole was soo good! My wife’s steak fajitas were very flavorful and my breakfast burrito was perfect. We plan to come back soon and highly recommend it!

Great ambiance, great selection and execution of delicious fine Mexican cuisine, great service. Eclectically decorated with unique art, furnishings, and fixtures. Mezcalina doesn't miss with the full experience of offerings to tantalize all of your senses. Definitely a "must do" for great Mexican food in Chicago.
