The food was great and the waiters were friendly and fast with service. Make sure to come in on an empty stomach because itโ€™s all you can eat! I wanted to try everything on the menu but ended up full. I got the spicy broth and it was the right level of spiciness for eating out. I enjoyed the variety
The food quality was amazing when it came down to the meat and broth. But the sauce bar was lacking in options. Services were slow because they needed way more staff on a Friday night. Other than that the staff were nice when they had a chance to check in. Will definitely come back on a weekday.
This place is so fun. The all you can eat is actually super affordable. The food was delicious. We got the half and half for the broth. So fun to do with friends, but I'd expect for the whole experience to take a while. Friendly staff, but this place is busy.
Delicious and cheap hot pot in china town. All you can eat was only 26.99. Definitely worth the price. We tried the combo broth and both were very flavorful. The spicey broth was very good. Service was prompt and they refilled our drinks and our soup several times. Would highly recommend this
Great spot for a hot pot. Service could be better, but amazing broths and good quality ingredients. Also make a reservation on yelp as this place is packed and has a waiting. 10/10 would recommend!
Have been going to Happy Lamb Pot once a week for the last month at least. Cook your own food with choices of broth. Meat and vegetable fresh. Easy digestible food. The service is excellent with attentive waiters and waitresses. Will continue my weekly trips.
The quality of food, the all you can eat, the top notch ambiance, I thought this place was going to be way too much like a Jada Pinket tell all interview. However, that was far from the case, this might be the best value in the city! Happy Lamb in Chinatown is a funny name with some seriously good
Happy Lamb Hot Pot made us very happy on our birthdays because the meal is free for the birthday person! However, it's affordable on any other day, too. The menu has plenty of items to choose from: meat, seafood, vegetables, and noodles. Easy to cook, delicious to eat. The bouillons are flavourful t
Yo. I just went to flavor town and it was spicy magic. It's like a condiment wonderland where your taste buds can go on a flavor adventure. And let's not forget the egg rolls โ€“ they're so good that even Humpty Dumpty would risk falling off the wall for them. Five stars for a saucy, egg-citing exper
My husband and I are new to hot pot but are huge fans! Happy Lamb has two locations, this on and one farther north. Both are all-you-can-eat. It has been delicious every time! I mildly prefer the one a little farther north, but only because their sauces are labeled better. The way this works is you
Came on a Saturday early afternoon, around 1pm. It was semi busy, half the tables in the restaurant were full. We were seated immediately and as soon as we sat down the male waiter came to ask us what broth do we want and we didn't even have a chance to look at the menu. We felt rushed, they also o
I had a great time here with my friends! It was my first time here but not my first time having hot pot! The only downside to this place and just like a lot of other restaurants in Chinatown is that you really have stay persistent when it comes to get help from your waiter! The all you can eat platt
We arrived on a Friday evening at 5:30pm and there was no waiting and straight to the table so that was nice. I usually go to the Happy Lamb in Naperville but since my girlfriend lives in Chicago, we've decided to try this place out. It is slightly different than Naperville where you can make your o
I liked the area, food was pretty good. Was $26.95 each person for all you can eat. It was our first time, had a good time. Basically, you have 3 rounds, so for our first round, I picked a lot of meats, thinking it would be a smaller, sampler size. I'll say, I couldn't tell the difference between s
Flavorful broths with a good variety of ingredients to choose from. Decent sauce bar and fruits options. Service has been attentive and quick every time I went. This is the place to go for affordable hotpot. Do join the wait-list on Yelp before coming though since they get busy very quickly.
We mainly went to China Town to enjoy some good ็ซ้‹! The all-you-can-eat option is very much worth it. We actually ended up staying 3 hours without noticing it, on top of that, I love that there was no time limit! For us, we went in the restaurant on a weekday at around 2PM, so it was fairly empty. E
i had such high expectations for this place!! before i get too into it i WILL say that the value of the AYCE for the cost is very very worth it. That being said, it is not the most exceptional quality. The sauce bar is a hot mess, the meat was okay quality, and the broth was also okay. I would go
