We had an unexpected change in Thanksgiving plans, and while so many other places had already closed their pie orders, I was able to walk in and get two amazing pumpkin pies two days before Thanskgiving. They all worked hard, so we could enjoy our holiday. Ever so grateful!

We love the iced sugar cookies! Those are always a go to for us. We have tried other types of cookies but those are our favorite. We also tried the vanilla cupcake with chocolate buttercream frosting this weekend and that mayyyy have knocked the iced sugar cookie from first place!
By far the best bakery I’ve come by in Chicago in my 2 years here.

What a brilliant bakery. Fabulous baking and genuinely warm hospitality. I was searching for breakfast on Thanksgiving morning. Everywhere that said it was open was shut apart from Mandy B’s. I got a brilliantly baked breakfast and some fabulous cup cakes. Plus the most delicious gluten free chocolate cake for desert. Most gluten free cakes tend to be bland. Not this one. It blew my taste buds and gave me one of the biggest sugar highs of a lifetime. Thanks folks for such a warm welcome to an Irishman adrift on Thanksgiving!
p.s. I dropped back in a few days later. Different staff team working - same utterly brilliant hospitality! Sweet Mandy B’s is pure Bakery magic!

Sweet Mandy B's catered the desserts for our wedding and we can't say enough good things about them. It was especially meaningful to have their desserts at our wedding because we've been going there together since college! Our wedding was a little spooky-themed being in late October, and Sweet Mandy B's was able to do Halloween sprinkles and colors on most of the desserts! Most of all, they were all delicious and our guests loved them. Communication and payment was all a breeze, as well. Thanks for everything!

What incredibly delicious icing, and not only that they are the embodiment of that mid western hospitality that I had not experienced until I chatted with the staff. I mentioned that I was from Australia and they really gave me a great list of restaurants to try in the city that locals like. I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could!

Came here based on reviews to get their carrot cupcake. It is good and moist. Cream cheese icing is sweet. I also got two cookies; rangers and snickerdoodle. Both are great.

Customer service is superb! They were able to do a custom cake for my mom’s birthday in 2 days. Great price and the cake was not only beautiful but, delicious!

We couldn't be happier with choosing Sweet Mandy B's to supply our cake. All of our guests raved about how delicious it was. Their carrot cake is possibly the best carrot cake we've ever had.
Future birthdays and anniversaries will definitely include Sweet Mandy B's. Our new favorite bakery!

We LOVE sweet Mandy B’s! I just got a custom cake for my sisters 21st birthday and everybody at the party said it was the best cake they’ve ever had! Vanilla cake with chocolate and strawberry preserve filling! Also their cookies are amazing and I love that I can always pick up a gluten free treat for my gluten free friends! (I added the cherries myself)

Hands down the best cupcakes in Chicago! We have ordered from Sweet Mandy AB’s for all special occasions in life and they never disappoint. From our wedding to our business anniversary to our daughters 2nd birthday most recently. Custom orders are quick and it’s always a treat to walk in and see what they have in the bakery case.
