This place is well named as it really "ROCKED" as the staff were kind and helpful and the beer and burgers were first rate and not too pricey for the neighborhood. We'll be back!!
Reviews said it was one of the top hot dog places in town, it did not disappoint. We got the jumbo dogs instead of ordering two with fries and a drink. It says be prepared to wait, and we did but it wasn't very long, guess we picked a good time right before lunch.
The restaurant's atmosphere is definitely inviting and it helps that the staff are so friendly and helpful. The menu has a wide variety of food and beverages.
The food here is consistently good and they have specials every day of the week. They have a huge booze selection (especially Whiskey, if that's your thing) and you can pretty much always get a table. The outdoor seating is nice and the indoor seats by the window make people walking by wish they were inside. I will always love the chili, but miss the waffle fries.
By now I should be called a regular here. The food is okay, and the atmosphere can be fun. The wing night and half price burgers brings me in. Service can be iffy, but seems to have improved with a staffing turnover.

This place is as cozy as ever. Great people, great food. Love it. Burger goes crazy.

We looked in the area for a restaurant that was open for lunch on a Monday. Usually I wouldn't go to a bar for lunch, but there weren't a lot of options.
I'm glad we got here because it sure was a great experience.
Our waiter Medison was helpful and very courteous. We ordered the Goodfella Burger, the Chicken Strips, the French Onion Soup and some beers (Dovetail Helles Lager). All were good.
The price was reasonable (around $20 per person) and definitely was worth the food.
I came here at a different time and had the Chicken Strips but was pretty disappointed (they were small and dry).
We stopped in for brunch not knowing anything about this place. The outside patio was beautiful everyone was nice and welcoming, sit wherever you like. The food was great after a long night the night before. I was a little disturbed they charged for extra sauce because my sandwich didn't have enough. They should at least tell the customer before just adding it to the bill. Nothing like a mimosa to get you through the afternoon. I want to return to try some other options offer on the menu. I definitely would return.
It's only right to give 5 stars. You're greeted professionally. They follow the public health guidelines seriously. The atmosphere was lively and beautiful. The servers were friendly and professional. The food??? Wow, extremely delicious! Let's start with the dips. The sauces and dips paired with the food very well. The burger was cooked perfectly, the wings were delicious, the salad was fresh, and the grilled cheese was to cry for. Please, check this place for your foodie taste buds, they won't disappoint.
I've been here several times before hanging out with friends and was back for a Supper Club event hosted by ROCKS recently. Food and service are always amazing. Love the overall ambience. If you're in the neighborhood and haven't been, stop in and check it out!
Rocks in Lakeview ROCKS!! Good burgers, sandwiches, wrap, salads, fries, Mac and cheese, nachos, beer selection, etc. Always have had good service also! 😎 The Rocks burger is a classic (Over 145,000 sold- as it says on their menu)! Great spot to grab a drink, some lunch or dinner, and watch a good game on tv. They have a lot of TVs; so if you like sports. You will like this spot!
It reminded me of the bars I'd frequent every other week or so during my younger days. I'd most definitely return for another couple of rounds and a well made burger! Great whiskey options, great bartender and servers.
We have been here a lot and it's always great. Tonight was even better. We had some special requests and they were very accommodating. The food was delicious and the staff was so nice! Definitely going to keep going back!
