Great omelettes, sandwiches, and salads. Breads and desserts are also very good as is the service. A little high priced, but worth it. Bright, lively and immaculate restaurant.

Their Rueben sandwich is excellent with a side of Russian1000 island dressing. They make their own breads onsite which you can buy by the loaf. I took home a loaf of the seeded rye and it was a winner. You can watch them making the breads at the entrance so you know they are fresh.

We've had brunch here for over a decade. The food is always delicious and the service is wonderful. Duck sandwich and Baltic Eggs Benedict are my favorites.

Very good food, interesting brunch menu, friendly service, vibrant atmosphere. A little overpriced. Overall glad we came.

Tasty salads and piping hot soups. Friendly service. Wide selection of breads. Great combinations of tastes on the menu.

Been going here for years. Nice breakfast and salads. A variety of grilled cheese sandwiches - think gruyere, gouda, or bleu among others. It's basically an upscale diner with a selection of sandwiches and other lunch and breakfast fare in addition to espresso, smoothies, speciality juice blends, and deserts. A nice escape from the tourists on Michigan Ave.

A very nice atmosphere for breakfast. The ceiling to floor windows give you a great view of Michigan Avenue. The food is quite solid. Your tastebuds aren't going to be blown away but you'll leave full and satisified.

Whenever I have friends in from out of town I bring them to the Oak Tree. I always ask for a window seat because the 180 degree views from above the Water Tower are amazing. The food is elevated, sophisticated, yet approachable and always good. The wait can be a little long on the weekends for brunch, but if wait around it will be worth it. The menu has something for everyone, so even the pickiest eaters will enjoy it.
