I come here nearly every day, and I cannot express how impressed I am at the professionalism and genuine kindness I experience from every single worker there. It’s just totally consistent and no matter who I interact with, they treat me and my girlfriend with so much respect and always do AMAZING at putting together my bowls (and as a daily eater, my standards are very high). Shoutout to my sweet green fam - Lulu, Jeni, Kaliha, Ericka, Seraphin, Taylor (haven’t seen her in a while though), and everyone else!

Cute place for people who want to eat healthy and thin girls. I happen to be in the former crowd not quite a thin girl! Lol. My first time here. When I pass by, it is always abuzz!
Crowded but the flow of foodies moves in and out. People are nice especially for Chicago. It is downtown which is a great area. Chicago is great in the Summer!

I stopped by the River North location yesterday while visiting an old college friend. We were greeted with attention and good vibes across the board. Erica was super thoughtful working the register and asked about my time in the city and how I’ve enjoyed it so far in the River North area. I will definitely get back whenever I can!

I left the city for three months and when I returned, the staff was so unbelievably friendly and genuinely excited to see me again (I was a daily customer before leaving). And it’s not just one person, there are so many that are such good people and do a great job preparing food as well. Shoutout to Lulu, Seraphin, Taylor, Diamond, and everyone else on the staff for making my lunch/dinner time trips to sweetgreen so enjoyable!

First time in, solid spot! Fresh ingredients and huge portions but the best part was the service! Brenda was awesome! She walked me through the options and helped me make one of the best bowls ever! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The ingredients are super fresh and they make it right away. Very generous portions and the price is reasonable. My only complaint was there was some fairly limited seating including a little arena step that went up but you could sit behind people I guess. Also there is a apparent homeless person who was sitting in one of the prime spots talking loudly and endlessly which is a little annoying. Overall though a really good place.

Always good salads. This location has a good team. Compliments. And the peach goat cheese bowl is a hit. I added brown rice and sweet potatoes to finish it off. Excellent summer salad.
