Tonight we had the pleasure of meeting Chef and owner Patty Neumson at Herb. We had one of the finest meals and service we've known. Herb is not about Thai food but food excellence.
We go to a great deal of restaurants is this is among the best we've encountered. Thank's to Patty for your world class service, generosity and product. You made us feel like family. Thanks for a great anniversary meal.
And most of all for the passion that you exhibit in every thing you do at Herb.
This restaurant has it's own unique approach to Asian cooking. I was taken by the healthy ingredients used in their style and the good taste they are still able to achieve. I highly recommend anyone that like Asian food with a lot of taste and not too spicy try the food at Herb.
The food was amazing. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I loved the microgreen use. The flavors of each dish were unique but complimented the next course perfectly.
The service was great. We never felt rushed to get to the next plate.
Chef Neumson was wonderful, and so kind.
This is definitely a must-visit restaurant.
Food and service from the chef herself was excellent. The place is cozy. It's BYOB and only prix fixe, they don't have an actual menu to choose from but you can tell them your preferences, allergies, etc. We were very happy with the experience.
If you want a special night out that is inspiring, healthy, and perfectly delicious, please don't miss this gem!! The head chef explained to us what makes her food unique - no processed foods, 10 different microgreens... We did the 5 course menu and it was soooo delicious! She is passionate about creating balance in her food and obviously cares about her staff. The space is also classy and calming like a spa. As chef says, 'treat yourself!"

Four of us had a dinner on Sat. night. The place is small and they had server issues (like most under Covid) but owner/chef was apologized and was fab. We had few food restrictions and she took notes and came back with new and unique dishes and we all loved it. Desert was fantastic and presentation of all dishes was perfect. Highly recommended.
Chef Patty and team served me a delicious 30th birthday meal. 7 beautiful courses. Cannot wait to come back soon!
Wow. Brought my father and my girlfriend’s father here for Father’s Day dinner last night, and what an amazing experience. Not your « typical » fine dining experience, just amazingly fresh ingredients that each play their own little part on the plate, and one of a kind flavors that my dad said he’s only ever tasted in Thailand. Amazing experience overall, bravo chef.
Best Thai food I've ever had. The art of cooking and food appreciation is truly realized here. It's so worthwhile. The courses continually amazing and surpass all expectations. Once I saw and tasted my forst dish it was no wonder to me how this special place achieved one if the best ratings a restaurant can get by winning a Michelin Star. The service from the chef was really great even while she was training new staff.
