Palm Court - Chicago - Photo album

This is my second afternoon tea experience in general, and it definitely did not disappoint. Starting with the dining ambiance, we went in the afternoon while the harpist was playing, love the lighting and little fountain inside the dining area, as if it replicate an outdoor dinning experience witho
I loved my high tea experience here. The interior is absolutely stunning and magnificent. It’s like you’re in a movie! We were seated right next to the beautiful water fountain in the middle. Our server Javier was phenomenal and provided the BEST service for us. He gave us recommendations for our te
It was an amazing experience! I went with my sister! My review is not only about the food, its about the entire experience! Starting out entering the Drake, it was very clean, the decore for the occasion was beautifully executed! Staff were very kind. There was a free coat check (of course you can l
Excellent customer service, plenty of photo opportunities for Christmas pictures. They will bring you additional treats if you want more. Everyone was nice and friendly. The harpist was an added joy.
I had a great time here for afternoon tea. What a beautiful floral arrangement and fountain. It was really busy, but the service was friendly. Would definitely come again! My only critique is that they give you dinner rolls and call them scones. I didn't mind too much, but it is a little strange. O
Holiday afternoon tea at this historic hotel never disappoints. Great selection of gourmet tea, scones, sandwiches, and desserts. A fun and festive tradition to do with family or friends. Carolers and harpist are a nice & festive touch to a fantastic experience.
Went here for their high tea experience and really loved it. The place is beautiful and the high tea experience was also phenomenal. They had an amazing variety of teas and snacks - definitely something for everyone to enjoy. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys tea. Very nice experience.
I went here for my birthday with a party of 8 people. I was honestly blown away by the high tea experience. It was everything I expected and more. Everyone got to choose their own tea flavor and they refilled the teapots often enough that everyone was able to try every flavor at the table. Some of t
Nice Atmosphere, great servers, nice experience. Probably a once and a lifetime experience (due to the pricepoint fot tea and pastries,) but it was a nice tea date. The pastries are delicious. We had a great time
I had holiday tea! It was very busy. I went alone and it was $100 with tip. ( no alcohol) The tea was very good. Sandwiches ok. I enjoyed the harp music the most!
Such a lovely experience of afternoon tea! The harpist was playing such fun music. Our waiter was very attentive. It was wonderful and I’m still full 24 hours later!
Our server was lovely and kind, the teas were gorgeous... as in I was getting full due to enjoying so much tea... the theme was beautiful for the coronation and springtime in Chi. My sister and I loved it. The cakes were tasty, people-watching was fun, and we had a really incredible time talking, re
This over-the-top restaurant is a crown jewel of the Drake Hotel. Their afternoon tea is an extravagant experience. If you don't go for the tea, at least stop by the Palm Court when they aren't busy just to see the layout and decor of the place. The furniture, decor, and overall atmosphere just ex
The high tea service I had here was one of the most elegant experiences I’ve ever had. I took my fiancé on a surprise date here and he absolutely loved it. They were also very accommodating by switching out a different sandwich due to my allergy. We will be definitely be returning.
Everything was amazing! Will be back again there.
